So now this guests starts lying. How nice! With regard to the heating it is absolutely not true! They knew how it worked and could adjust it when they wanted it! Even in the evening (their fault if they did not). I never said that they couldn't. At the begining I even stated that I never want to be cheap with regard to the heatingsystem. If the guests were at home they could at all time put on the heatingsystem! With regard to the table I would like to point out that a painter had to repaint the whole table because it was that damaged; not just a spot. It took him two weeks and costed me Euro 150,-- (of which the guests paid half). And because of the attitude of the guests (never said that they were sorry) I had to ask several times when they would repair the table. They said they would repair the table but at the end never did. And left me to take care of it; it was not that they offered to look for a painter or asked me if I knew a painterr. And yes, that makes me angry as I work hard for my money and I hate that people ruin my property or treat my property in the way they did. The guests do not refer to the bike they ruined (paid for it), but left me to get it. Like they never replaced the bulbs that did not function anymore (2x), the teacup, the burned circle of a lamp, the bathroom etc.. The guests asked me if they could stay until June 2018. Suddenly I got an Airbnb-message that they would leave in a week. They did not have the courtasy to tell it to my face. Very rude ans shocking. If the guests had asked me if I could take care of the fact that the appartment needed to be locked with a key, they should have asked me so I could have taken care of it. They never did and now they make a problem of it; nice attitude. And yes, I came into the appartment once, wanting to get the table. I apologized for that; just that you know! I never come up, because I am keen on verybody's privacy. That I charged money after having their parents plus brother plus other friends for free, I asked for money for the next guests as they cancelled their reservation very early. The guests think the problems are minor; they should think again and think of me when they rent their home and find several things damaged! By the way, they are the first who wrote such a comment. I think I rest my case.
