Dear Thomas, we are sorry to read that your stay with us was not satisfying.
There is a description of the toilets in the "apartment information” section on our booking page, so you should have read that the shower in the second toilet is not mentioned.
During your check in we told you that the sink might have had problems since the pipes are very narrow. Therefore we recommended you non to let anything but water down the drain. Anyways, if you had told us about such a desperate situation, we would have called a plumber.
Please note that we cannot provide our guests with any "cleaning service” because WE ARE NOT AN HOTEL, as it is clearly stated on the Airbnb policy rules.
We have always been available, and got in touch with you whenever needed, so I cannot really understand why you wrote that we were not answering our phone.
We are very sorry to read that your stay was not at all enjoyable... maybe you should have read the house rules and description before booking it.
