Mathieu, Thanks for the review. Good to hear you found the suggestions useful and helpful. However, in reply to your "Be Warn" as what you state is a "Waiver" is actually the House Rules.
This is clearly and explicitly stated within the Air BnB website for the listings. I would suggest revisiting the site. It is in place it to ensure the guests know and understand the simple rules and common sense things to be and not to do during ones stay. Such as the use or possession of illegal substances at the home or other activities that can bring disharmony to ones home.
Also, it states, if one is uncertain of use or access during ones stay. It is stated in the House Rules to just ask. i.e. use of appliances, items, or areas and if a charge applies and how much. To date this have been a non-issue.
I must state I am a little confused regarding the Door code as noted in your private feedback??? Codes are individually programed and provided to the guest after arrival. Therefore the code was provided to you by me after it was programmed.
However, hopefully your return trip home for the family matter was a minor issue.
