After reading your commentary on the Airbnb website, I'll answer you on issue-by-issue bases :
1/ Regarding the localization of our home, you have been indicated the precise address and its name. In the countryside, it turns out that some streets have no name, and so we can't be responsible for this. However, GPS coordonates are clearly notified on our Airbnb page. For your information, you are the first and only guest who can't find our place.
2/ Regarding the delay of the property manager at your arrival, we did sincerely apologize. Actually she collapsed and was admitted at the hospital emergency unit a few hours before you arrived. We are appaled by your lack of compassion and caring !
3/ Regarding all the goods that are not provided in our home (sheets, towels...) : everything mentionned by you is perfectly notified on the Airbnb website as not included. Nevertheless, a roll of toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, salt, peper and "first day" needs are available. In order not leave you in the lurch, the property manager, even if she was suffering, made a round-trip to borrow you our own sheets and towels... and it clearly seems that it was not enough to you ! We are sincerely sorry that we didn't fullfill all your expectancies as an hotel would have done. But, we are not an hotel but Airbnb hosts ! The property manager tried to be as helpful and cheerful as she could regardly her medical conditions. Indeed, the managing of such a place is a really hard work. Moreover, she proposed you to leave later than the usual time and she did apologize... again for her delay the first day.
As we are eager to improve our accomodation, we will descibe more precisely what is provided or not at our place.
4/ Regarding the BBQ, there's a full gas tank ready to be used and one more inside the house if necessary. Why didn't you ask for it instead of pretending that gas is not included ??
5/ Regarding the neighbourhood, the closest house is located, at least at 60 meters from our fence and the nearest "neighbour" is 1 hen. A nice elderly person regularly come to feed it and she is utterly discreet. I do not understand your quote about her being impolite and intrusive !
6/ Regarding the 3 dogs : their owners are really mindful about the neighbourhood quiet time. That's the reason why their dogs have anti-barks collars. You could have meet them and talk to them, they are nice and comprehensive people. This issue could have been managed right away.
At all events, we are sincerely sorry that we didn't meet your expectations, though our home is a real haven of peace. All the previous guests have been satisfied .
We don't understand why you never noticed these problems during our conversations during your stay. What a pity that you have waited so long and written malicious quotes on the Airbnb website ! Besides, it is destressing to note your listing of derogatory remarks on the public comments... especially since you are far from being the perfect guests (you left our home very dirty...). We did not share this bad behavior on the public comments.
All the same, we wish you enjoyed this beautiful place and visited some Dordogne unmissable areas.
