I have got no previous messages from Jennifer (can be proved by Airbnb) , only the message she wrote the next day that she needs ADDITIONAL toilet paper. I´m sorry, but we provide toilet paper only for the first day ( always 1 to 2 full roles, depending on number of guests, should be enough), for the other days guests have to organize themselves.
I´m easily to reach, everybody can also call me on the mobile and I m living in the same house, everybody can use my doorbell.
It is true that there was a mistake with the bedding, but when we met next day I corrected it. The problem was that Jennifer wanted to have bedding for 8 people in 4 double beds, reservation and payment was for 4 guests, 4 guests were in the flat ..... so we made bedding for 4 guests with 4 single beds, I think that is correct.
Concerning work to be done, workers asked Jennifer if it is ok to do it, otherwise they make it on another day. Jennifer said it is ok, they will stay at home anyway this day, cause it was raining. Work time was app. 30 min.
All bedding and towels are ALWAYS freshly washed. If I was Jennifer and I have bedding smelling like urine, I definitely would have shown and told me when we accidentally met next day, and definitely would have asked for replacement.
Old and sparse towels: of course I don't buy new towels every month, we provide 1 big towel for each guest, but maybe I can improve in this point
