This apartment is in the 3th floor of a 1950 building. It has restaurant's, supermarket, pharmacie, meat and fruit shop and others next to my door.
A closest metro station "Carolina Michaelis" direct to the airport , three stops from the center . There is a bus stop 303, at the apartement door that leads to the most important points of the city. Also a taxis stop right in front. In addition there is a supermarket on the same street with several cafes and a 24hr pharmacy.
I'm renting the apartment with 3 bedrooms with one complete bathroom and another small service bathroom. You also have a kitchen, a resting room and a meal's place.
The rooms have spacious and light. Two are with couple beds and the other has 2 individual beds, all with closet's, table and chair's and reading lights, for your confort.
The double bed room has a balcony to the main street.
The kitchen is small but is ok to prepare small meals and breakfast for 6 people.
Hope you like it! You're welcome.

Outras coisas a ter em conta
As the apartment is on the 3th floor and there's no elevator is not recomended for people with walking dificulties.
During the day, it's a busy street with cars, There is no ticket to stop your own car in the street. Sometimes is hard to imediatly find a parking place during the day, at night ii gets easier :-) )
The building has 3 apartments. On the first, and second floor, there are living two nice old ladies. So, I ask you to not disturbed them with noise on the stairs, specially at night, and to close with the key the main door of the building.
