The first day of check-in was quite a stumbling block. They were 6 guests, 5 adults and 1 child (7 years old). Which I offered to book a van. I know that taxi cabs at the airport will allow no more than 3-4 people. But guests refused.
Their plane will leave Bangkok at 2:55 pm. it takes about one and a half hour to reach Phuket. I waited until 6 pm. to get in touch with them. They're still waiting for the airport bus, because they didn't want to pay for the van. I told them that the last bus stop is in Phuket town, which is need 20 minutes more to get to Ray home.
The guests insisted that they would take a taxi after then. Until 9 pm. guests called me to pick them up in Phuket town. I refused due to my car is too small to sit up for all of them. I recommended to call a tuk tuk.
In few minutes, they sent me a message to cancel the house and requested for refund. I told them to contact Air bnb directly for refund. It beyond my power and please learn more about Air bnb cancellation rules and regulations. Fortunely, they called me back that they had got a van.
In accordance with my booking regulations, a copy of passport and a security deposit are required when guest check-in. This will be retunded on check-out date. Thank you for your recommendation about the exchange rate. My current guest is paying a deposit in US Dollars.
Nevertheless, I was impressed that the guests took care and kept the house very clean.
