Luxurious private Mid-Century home located minutes from the beach. Your own private pool with a patio that is gated. Stunning 3 bedroom home offers 3 en-suite bathrooms. This is perfectly located near entertainment, the beach, dining and shopping.
The house was designed by Dan Duckham (Website hidden by Airbnb) He often drew on the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, Paul Rudolph and others for inspiration.
The house was recently filmed for a new TV series, Graceland on the USA Network. Our house appeared on Episode 9 (Season 1), which aired on August 15th 2013. You can see the full episode on Hulu or through your cable company’s On-Demand service. It was also featured in a vintage magazine, “Home Fort Lauderdale” in 2004. It was also in the “Sunshine” newspaper in 1998.
It comes with a heated pool that is cleaned weekly by a pool service. We provide a very high speed internet (20 mbps). We have all the premium channels, including HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz and The Movie Channel. This also includes two HD and DVR cable boxes.
The master suite includes a beautiful walk-in dual-head shower and a king-size bed. There is also a private TV in the master suite. The other two bedrooms have brand-new furniture, one has a queen-size bed and one has a full-size bed.
It comes with a full kitchen. It has several pots and pans, mixing bowls, a cooking knife set and steak knives and many cooking utensils. It also includes most major appliances, such as a toaster, blender, Kitchen Aid mixing bowl, coffee maker (K-Cups) and a convection oven. There are also a few spices and condiments that we'll leave in the house. Of course, it also includes a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. It also has silverware, dishes, cups and wine glasses. It should have everything you would need; we're leaving all of our kitchen equipment that works great for us. Outside, we also have a gas grill.

We also have a washer, dryer and ironing board in the house. I will include a lot of bath towels and a few beach towels. We'll also include a few board games.
Fort Lauderdale beach is only 8 minutes away, that's my favorite beach to go to. I can let you know the best path to avoid stop lights. It's a public beach and about three or four miles of restaurants and shops along the path. There are some nice restaurants as well; my friend works at Casablanca, right on the strip. I go there quite often; they have great food and a good view as well. They have a Fat Tuesdays in the “Ocean Place” plaza. They serve great margaritas. There are also places to play volleyball, which is really fun.
If you go further north, it can be more secluded. Further south, you also have Hollywood and Hollandale beach, if you want to mix it up. Hollywood beach also has a strip of restaurants and shopping behind the beach.
