The apartment is part of a XV century building and overlooks a furnished patio and a small garden. The huge open space has a fireplace close to the music corner, a queen size Bed with sofà and a sofa Bed, chaisse longue and a vertical piano. The living has a design table with chairs and a Office corner with computer IMac 27". The newly renovated eat-in kitchen is fully equiped and with design objects. The toilette has been painted one month ago and has a confortable shower. Ceilings are high and walls are thick so it keeps cool in the summertime and warm in the wintertime. Every design furniture and details have been chosen with care to make this charming appartament a welcoming place. The place has his own soul, so many friends of mine consider it as an Opus and it's a good location to receive friends or to be converted in a holy nest. Though it is located not far from the buzzling side of Trastevere, the appartament is very silent and the only noise you can hear are the seagulls voices from the close Tiber river. The house overlooks a historic square of Trastevere, in a quiet and noble area, as well as being an extension of the Jewish ghetto. A 3-minute walk from the Tiber island (where two main hospitals are located) it benefits from the poetry of the streets of ancient Rome where artisan shops alternate with gourmet restaurants, local markets and upscale shopping. All the monumental Rome is within walking distance, as well as the botanical garden and the same St. Peter Basilica can be reached by a walk of about 20 minutes. The nearby Tiber offers opportunities for walking, boating or cycling routes that connect the city center with the sea, for the more adventurous. Despite being a quiet square behind the corners of the streets focuses Roman nightlife, full of restaurants, pizzerias, cinemas, theaters and cabarets. The most famous flea market is on Sunday and takes place in the nearby Porta Portese (10 minute walk) and about 30 minutes walk there is a large park of Villa Doria Pamphili where you can walk, jog or picnic. Around the area are located the best bakery of Rome where you can always find warm bread and white or tomato sauce pizza on Sundays too. Easy to reach with public transportation from Fiumicino airport and from Termini Central Station. Plenty of clean towels and Bed linen are provided.
A magical place to visit the Eternal City!!!!
