Welcome to Amber Lake Lodge, our lakefront retreat sitting on 14 acres in the Sullivan County Catskills. Amber Lake Lodge sits just outside Livingston Manor, a quaint-turned-trendy town just a 1hr 45min drive from NYC's George Washington Bridge. With four traditional bedrooms (two with king beds and ensuites), a bonus sun room with two daybeds, and a full-size basement with two bunk beds plus a pull-out couch, the house can sleep 16+ and is perfect for large gatherings of family and friends.

Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Element House - Off Grid Hideout

The wifi is moderate due to the location, so it allows you to unplug. Crow Hill is dog friendly ( no cats) and perfect for a family getaway. The cabin is deep cleaned and sanitized between guests. In summer you'll spend evenings on a large deck with grill and dining area, and gather around the Solo Stove fire pit before you fall asleep to the sound of the stream.

Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and medium size groups (up to 6). **While not an issue for most some ambient noise from Rt. 17 is heard when outside.
