It is the perfect base to experience the beautiful nature around the Castles as well as the Old town of Füssen, in particular if you like to do everything by foot or bike. Diese umfassend renovierte Wohnung befindet sich in einem großartigen Zustand und erstreckt sich auf dem Hochparterre eines in den 1930ern erbauten Bauernhauses, welches mit viel Liebe zum Detail wieder auf Vordermann gebracht wurde. Die ganze Wohnung mit ihrer individuellen Atmosphäre steht zur vollen Verfügung. Hier kann man mal ungestört durchatmen! Das Bauernhaus befindet sich nahezu in Alleinlage (ein direkter Nachbar), umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern im schönen Ostallgäu.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Im Wohnbereich befindet sich zustätzlich noch ein Schlafsofa welches ausgezogen werden kann und somit Platz für 2 weitere Gäste (nur gegen Aufpreis) bietet. Spielplatz und Spieleraum im Hotel vorhanden. Tiere sind nicht gestattet.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Appartement mit eigenem Hauseingang vom Garten aus ist in einem Siedlungshaus am Halblech gelegen. Es ist 43 qm groß, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind nicht durch eine Türe getrennt. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.
