The village of Rovies is only a 3-min drive away, offering shops, bakeries, and mini markets. Other beaches are also within walking distance. Pets are welcome. Breakfast is available upon request.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Στο λόφο πάνω από το χωριό των Ροβιών σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο από το χωριό και την παραλία (χωματόδρομος σε καλή κατάσταση). Η Ντίνα και ο Τάκης θα σας φιλέψουν φρούτα και λαχανικά, ενώ μπορείτε να κάνετε το δικό σας μπάρμπεκιου στην αυλή του συγκροτήματος. Το διαμέρισμα είναι νεόδμητο 30 τ.μ., με άνετους χώρους και βεράντα. Δε δεχόμαστε κατοικίδια (υπάρχουν 3 σκυλιά και 5 γάτες στο χώρο).

Ένα εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα στον 2ο όροφο νεόδμητης οικοδομής μόλις 20 μέτρα από θάλασσα έχοντας πανοραμική θέα. Κατάλληλο για έως και 5 ανθρώπους. Αποτελείται από δύο δωμάτια, στο ένα υπάρχει ένα μονό κι ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και στο άλλο μία μικρή κουζίνα και ένα διπλό κρεβάτι.
