Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We are a sheep and crop farm, good views over the paddocks from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. Our guests recommend a two night stay minimum in this area. Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound are renowned tourist destinations. Also walks in Fiordland National Park and a local bike trail. No cleaning fee.

We are located at the south coast of New Zealand, 10km's from Tuatapere. The Waiau river flows right behind the house, perfect for fishing or enjoying a walk on the beach. The Hump Ridge Track is a short drive away. Your house is cosy, warm and light and has lots of character. There's only a few houses down here, so a perfect place to relax!
