Step back in time with this original 1890s Appalachian solar powered off grid cabin. The cabin has been renovated with all the modern conveniences: solar-powered and includes hot water, gas stove, full bathroom w/ shower, refrigerator, sleeper sofa folds out to queen size bed. With each stay fresh towels and linens are furnished. Kitchen, hot/cold kitchen sink, K cup friendly coffee machine and more! Covered front porch with bench and 2 rockers. Off the porch is a picnic table and gas grill.

Located on a third-generation cattle farm, Ivy’s Cottage sits in Abingdon, VA just minutes from downtown and the Creeper Trail. Take in scenic farm views from this cozy 2 br, 1 ba retreat. The main bedroom features a queen bed in an open-concept layout connected to the living space. The upstairs loft offers two twin mattresses, perfect for extra guests. A spacious kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, salt/pepper, a dishwasher, and fridge — everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

The Olde Springhouse is our cozy cottage just 1 block off Main str and a few more from the Virginia Creeper Trail-Head. The Trail is open 17 from Abingdon to Damascus! This gem is at the epicenter of shops, restaurants and nightlife! Enjoy all our town offers within walking distance- The Barter Theatre, The Creeper Trail, The Tavern, Jack's 128 Pecan, Foresta, Summers Rooftop/Cellar, Rain, The Girl & The Raven, SweetBay Brewery, and much, much more- and it was literally built over a spring!

North Fork Folly

Amazing riverfront getaway near Mendota, VA. Sit on the large-covered deck and enjoy nature as it floats on by. Small cabin with full sized sleeper sofa available (bring your own linens) or sleep in a tent or in your hammock under the stars! 3 acres of green grass to run, romp, play, and relax. Please note: There is no power or running water on the property. You can bring a generator if you’d like to supply power to the cabin. Also, the only bathroom available is a composting outhouse.

Dad's Place is located 1/2 mile from Clinch Valley Medical Center and right on the Spearhead Jawbone Trailhead, hit the trails when you leave the driveway for hours of riding fun, 1/2 mile to restaurants, shopping and more, 10 minute drive to Broadway Cinema and Walmart. Easily accessible from 4 lane highway. Dad's place sleeps 4 with 1 full size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa, 40 in smart TV in main living area.

The Cardinal Cottage

3 Miles to Emory & Henry University, 1.5 miles from I-81, The Cardinal Cottage is centrally located to most SW VA and East TN happenings. Just minutes to Historical Abingdon, VA; 20 minutes to Historical Bristol VA-TN & the new Hard Rock Casino, Hiking & Biking are all nearby, 30 min to Bristol Motor Speedway! This is a 5 acre farm and the neighbor has horses, goats, sheep and chickens. The house is an updated 2 BR, 1 Bath 1940's cottage with new and antique furnishings.

Located in the heart of Abingdon's historic district, you are in the middle of all things happening in town. Just a short walk will take you to Barter Theater (state theater of VA), The Martha Washington Inn, amazing restaurants and local shops, the incredible Abingdon Farmer’s Market and the Virginia Creeper Trail for hiking or biking.
