Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. The Lodge at Tikana in central Southland is nestled among fertile southern hills which are home to a herd of majestic stud Wapiti deer. In its former life the Lodge catered to the needs of high end tourists traveling in Southland The Lodge was purpose built in 2003 by a craftsman builder with the juxtaposition of old and new blending seamlessly.

Charming self contained studio on Herbert Street, in the northern suburbs of Invercargill, renovated with style, comfort and an emphasis on cleanliness. Please note breakfast is not provided, although we do have a few treats for our guests. Peter & I live next door and happy to help with queries etc. Just a few minutes from the Windsor shops, including New World. The main shops are only 10 minutes away, as is most of Invercargill!
