“Visit Miami’s flagship art museum, and learn about modern and contemporary, international art at Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM). Exhibitions highlight Miami’s diverse community and pivotal geographic location at the crossroads of the Americas. In addition to exploring the galleries, visitors can: enjoy waterfront dining at Verde restaurant; shop a unique selection of art books, furnishings and handmade items at the museum’s gift store; and take in the spectacular views of Biscayne Bay and the elaborate hanging gardens. Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, PAMM provides an educational and civic forum for the County’s residents and visitors alike.”

Erotic Museum
“No “things to do in Miami” list would be complete without a visit to this unique gem. Founded in 2005, WEAM is the only museum in the United States devoted exclusively to fine erotic art. In a remarkably short time for a still private collection, WEAM has developed one of the world’s most renowned permanent museums for this genre. Today the WEAM Collection includes over 4000 works of international art, ranging from 300 BCE to the immediate present. In terms of its quality, diversity and incomparable profile of erotic art, the WEAM stands out clearly from other museum collections. So what are you waiting for? 1205 Washington Ave., Miami Beach 305.532.9336”

“Apart from being one of the masterminds behind the railway system in Florida, Mr. Flagler and his family played key roles in developing Palm Beach into the culture and community it is today. The museum itself used to be his family home and now is open to the public. It is a breath taking property that is both aesthetically pleasing and full of historical information. Side note: If you dare, take a walk around the property towards the Royal Poinciana Chapel (towards the left if you are facing the museum) and you will see enclosed by a fence the oldest Banyan tree on the island of Palm Beach. ”
