My place is unique as you will probably find me coloring or in my Pjs. ..I love the Patio for Cocktails and good music. There is an old record player to flip old records. All I ask is no food or drinks in the room besides water. Please no shoes in the house. It becomes very difficult keeping the house clean with so many wonderful people in and out, I hope you understand. Lastly, the kitchen is open for use! Provided that you clean up after yourself.0

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This studio is located right in the heart of Downtown Lafayette. It is a fully furnished studio apartment with a memory foam mattress and has its own kitchen and bathroom. Festivities, bars, and awesome local restaurants are all walking distance. Free parking is also provided.

Location, Location, LOCATION! Complimentary wine (for more than one night stay) and chocolate! This fully furnished Studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Lafayette. It is an upstairs studio hidden nicely behind a duplex apartment. Walking out of the apartment, you are in viewing distance of the very popular Parc San Souci which hosts various live music events and festivals throughout the year. This is also one of the most popular Mardi Gras parade route neighborhoods as you will quickly notice with the remnants of Mardi Gras beads from several years past. This studio is approximately 400 square feet of living area. Full kitchen and private bathroom as seen in the pictures. There is a queen size bed which sleeps two persons comfortably. There is free off-street parking available near the studio. Check out the dates of all the festivals!...

Our Neighborhood Is Downtown Lafayette. We are a safe, CLOSE walking distance to all downtown attractions, restaurants, shops, services, museums, and various public transportation & governmental services. In addition, Cajun Hostel Downtown is at the Center of Action for Festivals and Special Events Downtown, including regular live music performances both outdoor (free) and indoor, and monthly "2nd Saturday" Art Walks. You are one block away from Downtown's central spaces for these outdoor events: Parc International and Parc Sans Souci. We are just a couple of blocks away from Jefferson Street (Lafayette's "Main" Street), and all the bars, restaurants, live music venues, art galleries, shops of all kinds, museums, Lafayette Public Library, a U.S. Post Office, Churches, and all other Downtown Lafayette attractions / services. Cajun Hostel Downtown is a mere block away from the Parade Route along Johnston Street during Mardi Gras and other occasions where parades are featured.

Private bathroom and bedroom with ceiling fan. Easy access to downtown, university, restaurants, and 2 interstate highways. Whole house has Wi-Fi access.

Private bedroom and bathroom are the areas for guests. They are cleaned before and after each guest, then not entered until new guests arrive. I have a few items in 1/2 of the closet. If you find anything not up to standard, please discuss with me and allow me a chance to remedy the situation. The rest of the house is storage and my living quarters. It is also used for staging and selling items on the internet. These areas are clean but would be considered cluttered by most. Ice and water are available upon request. You may put a few items in the refrigerator. Let me know ahead of time so I can clear out a space for you.

Small quiet neighborhood. Friendly family setting. Safe for exploring this and surrounding neighborhoods as there are sidewalks and street lights. Small grocery store/cafe' at the corner for supplies. Large grocery stores, convenience stores with gas, and fast food choices within 1 mile.

This is 4 twin beds in the guesthouse of or beautiful Cajun Home is located near downtown (5 minute walk) Lafayette, LA. 2 mi from the Airport. This property has a total of 4 Airbnbs. Also, there is a 2 small grocery stores less than 1/2 mile (0.8 km) away. Their names are Tammy's and Superette. 3 Restaurants less than a 5 min walk and many pubs within Downtown area.

The neighborhood is very quiet, however, downtown Lafayette has many restaurants (Japanese sushi, French, Lebanese, Mexican, Burgers), music venues, night clubs, and bars and is only 5 minute walk away. The house is located 2.4 miles (5.5 km) from the Lafayette airport and .5 mile away from the Amtrak Train Station and Greyhound Bus Station which are both Downtown.

Also take advantage of the free parking for downtown festivals, concerts, and events :)

We're near a main traffic highway and some government utility buildings , so not too much scenery to take in around the immediate area. Bon Temps Cottage is located in historic La Place neighborhood. The area is currently in a revisal to bring back this part of Lafayette which was built do to the railroad in the early part of the 20th century. Houses in the area range from circa the mid 1800s, through the Great Depression, and more modern.

The Alaskan Embassy is part of the FreeTown Port Rico Cultural District. A schoolhouse built in 1928, it is now filled with folk musicians, and local art. It is close to the university, a night life and to all needed amenities. 25% discount for Alaskans 10% discount for musicians

The property is surrounded by old Oak trees (this was originally "Oak Street"), and has a sturdy wood fence, with porches on front and back, two firepits, and plenty of firewood. The main building was built as a schoolhouse in the original neighborhood of FreeTown. The in law suite in back has it's own entrance, small bathroom and kitchenette, and can be reached by passing by the main house.

Prático e privado Um pouco gasto mas tudo funciona bem e é muito conveniente para o centro de Lafayette. Tivemos um movimento frontal frio e fiquei surpreso com o quão quente a conversão de garagem foi com apenas aquecedores de espaço. Há duas unidades de janela AC para o tempo quente, mas não temos necessidade de usá-los. A cama tem uma cartola de espuma de memória por isso é muito macia. Aqueles que gostam de um colchão firme podem não gostar disso. A única queixa principal é que a banheira é muito antiga e manchada. Ainda assim, o chuveiro funciona bem e drena bem, então não há água parada. Certeza não é uma unidade de luxo, mas para aqueles que só precisam do básico, certamente preenche a conta.

Quiet Master Suite with tub/shower. Decorated with personal southern Louisiana touches! Antique accents fill the room and give it an amazingly comfortable feel. The bed will have you sleeping in no time!! All I ask is no food or drinks in the room besides water. Please no shoes in the house. It becomes very difficult keeping the house clean with so many wonderful people in and out, I hope you understand. Lastly, the kitchen is open for use, provided that you clean up after yourself!

The room is fairly large with a Mini Fridge. The bed is Super Comfy with a TV. Keep in mind I am "old school " The TV is connected to an Antenna. You can watch the news and sports..movies..etc. The bathroom is private and is inside the bedroom.

This is a quaint studio apartment fully furnished located near downtown (1 mile/1.6 km) Lafayette, LA. However, it is also positioned no more than 15 minutes away from any destination in Lafayette, our Cabin On the Crest listing is as close to central Lafayette as one can get. The guests who stay here will have the opportunity to help us improve and stamp their approval on our newest property! Our studio has one Queen size bed, a bathroom, a full kitchen, AC wall unit, and free parking. We also provide complimentary wine (for more than one-night stay) and chocolate. It has great location of being only 1 block away from downtown Lafayette! The neighborhood is very quiet, however, downtown Lafayette has many restaurants (Japanese sushi, French, Lebanese, Mexican, Burgers), music venues, night clubs, and bars and is only 10 blocks (approx 1 mile/1.6 km) or a 15 minute walk away. The house is located 3.4 miles (5.5 km) from the Lafayette airport and 1 mile away from the Amtrak Train Station and Greyhound Bus Station which are both Downtown.

Being less than one mile from all of these locations as well as having access to the rest of the city, this place is about as centrally located as it gets while still being in a safe and quaint neighborhood; The Saint Streets. It includes a full kitchen and bath, as well as Apple TV complete with Netflix for your viewing pleasure. In the morning you can help yourself to complimentary coffee or yerba maté!

Our cozy little home in the Saint Streets is great for couples or small families who want to have access to the heart of Lafayette while in a safe, hip neighborhood. This home is fully furnished located less than a mile from downtown Lafayette, La. Only a 15 minute drive away from any other destination in Lafayette, our tiny home is as centrally located as it gets. The guests who stay here will have the opportunity to help us improve and hopefully leave their stamp of approval on our new listing. Built in 1894, located one block from historic downtown Crowley, walking distance to restaurants, the Grand Opera House of the South, City Hall museum, and local parks. Only 20 miles from Downtown Lafayette.

The Plantation Room has a queen size bed with a comfortable mattress and linens, ceiling fan, and extra blankets if needed. Hangers for hanging clothes and a luggage rack for suitcase. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, with amenities including fresh towels, washcloths, hair dryer, curling iron, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other toiletries.

Magnolia House is in the heart of the historic district of Crowley. The house is over 100 years old and has the charm and history of a well-loved house. There are many areas to sit back and relax during you stay.
