This area is perfect for just an overnight or short stay for guests passing through Brisbane or on their way home by air. With normal traffic conditions it's about 25 minutes by taxi/Uber to the airport. Just note that if you are walking from the station or bus stop, there’s a very steep hill to walk up, not good on a hot day!It’s difficult with a big bag because the footpath also runs out. Just let me know if you are arriving this way and I may be able to pick you up.
The space is small, but very light filled and has a very private porch directly outside with views of the garden. We do not supply breakfast as such, but there’s a Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, small fridge and kettle. There is also milk, tea , coffee pods and banana bread or a lovely cafe an easy walk away called “Brisbean”. The garden itself is accessible and pleasant to take a walk around with a pond, chicken house and possibly two little friendly, curious Pomeranians to keep you company ! We also welcome your dog if he/she is small and well behaved. They are allowed inside the room as small dogs are usually used to being inside and there is a grass area just outside for them to do their business. We would appreciate it if you picked up the doo doos because others including ourselves also use that area ! The area is fenced so there is no problem with escapees. We keep our dogs separate if you do bring yours, it is just quieter and safer for all .
Our neighbourhood is quiet, leafy, family and dog friendly, perfect for taking a walk around if you don't mind hills ! There are great views of the city to be had and breezes in the evenings.

  • A casa é linda e um deve ficar. Há tanto calor e paz existe. A varanda com vista para o jardim faz você querer ficar no interior.     This fully air conditioned accommodation is in a perfect location, 4km from Brisbane CBD, great for inner city living without the hustle and bustle. Suited to singles, couples or small families. Walking distance to local shops and cafes. A short walk to the bus stop for easy access to the City and surrounds.
    The garden is a dominant feature of the space. Both the deck area and the tea house provide views of the garden which is relaxing and private. Guests have their own private access to the living area which is fully air conditioned. Enjoy a cool beverage on the spacious deck after a day of sightseeing, meetings/work.
    The neighbourhood is close to parks. The green space at the back of the house leads to a small park. Then crossing the road at the end of the street is a larger park, playground and coffee shops, just a 50 metre walk. The neighbourhood is quiet and leafy. A short drive will take you to the Mt Cootha Botanic Gardens then drive to the top of Mt Cootha for magnificent views of Brisbane and enjoy a drink/lunch/dinner at the Mt Cootha Lookout restaurant.

    We are Andres and Celeste and we live in a 2 bed 2 bath unit in Alderley along with our cat Nixie. We're 28 and 22 and very easy going. We love our home and would be glad to welcome nice and respectful guests. The apartment has City views and beautiful views onto leafy Alderley. Please let us know what time you will be arriving so we can organise for someone to be home to let you in. As we both work we will need to organise in advance for you to have access to our home
    Your room has a comfortable king bed, a built in wardrobe plus a ceiling fan. Your bathroom is in the next room over with a large mirror, shower, toilet and sink. Our kitchen is well equipped and you’re welcome to store your food in the fridge.
    Alderley is a classic Brisbane suburb located just 10 minutes drive from the CBD and 20 to Brisbane Airport. We are located on the main road with access to everything you may need. There’s a Coles supermarket, restaurants, train station, buses and a bottle shop all within 5 minutes walk from the building. A service station/convenience store is right next to the building which is open 24hrs.

    It is close to parks, shops, public transport, and the city centre. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is located on a main road so the bus services are excellent but there is some traffic noise.
    This is a 1960s home with modern features such as freshly polished hard wood floors and modern bathroom. Newly installed wardrobes which you are able to put all clothes during your stay, It consists of a bedroom with a new comfortable queen sized bed, A large Lounge room installed with air conditioning and bedroom with ceiling fan. You will have access to the refrigerator and are welcome to cook your own meals in the kitchen, also it is a stone throw to one of the best coffee shops around Ashgrove. (About 200m walk)

    Our home is a 3-bedroom home, based in a hilly and breezy suburb. Your room has a king single bed, fan, hanging space and desk and chair. It is clean and cool. A cafe and pizza restaurant are at the bottom of our street. We are 5-min drive to Prince Charles Hospital, a 30-minute bus-ride into the city, or a 20-minute drive to the Brisbane airport. The bus stops are within walking distance. We are a relaxed and friendly couple and we look forward to welcoming you to our home.
    There are 3 bedrooms in our home but we use one as an office. You will be the only guest.
    We live on a hill on the northside of Brisbane. This means we get a breeze! We are very close to Westfield Shopping Centre at Chermside, the Prince Charles Hospital, not far from the airport and easy access to the highway going to the Sunshine Coast.

    When you enter the “Glen Retreat” you will be pleasantly surprised at the amount of space you have to yourselves. BEDROOM The “Glen Retreat” can accommodate up to three guests and boasts a Queen size bed and a comfy sofa bed. The ones that you can’t even tell if it is a sofa bed until you look closer. It can be made up super-fast each evening and stowed away just as easily come morning. Brilliant. PRIVATE BATHROOM Yes! Another win for our guests. When you stay at the “Glen Retreat” you have your own private and very modern bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and toilet paper. The shower, toilet, hand basin and medicine cabinet aren’t squeezed into a tiny box at the back of the studio. No, no. There’s lots of room to move about and you won’t feel claustrophobic. There’s even a window above the toilet so you can have natural sunlight and fresh air! Delightful. KITCHENETTE As you move through the studio you will see the quaint kitchenette that is stocked with all necessary appliances, pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery that you will need to cook your meals, and you will have the use of a portable two plate cook top and microwave. The kitchenette also comes with a super easy-to-clean sink (complete with dishwashing amenities), a bar fridge that’s big enough to store all your fresh foods/drinks, and additional cupboard space for other items. Complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate are included. LIVING & DINING AREAS Once you’ve prepared your meal in the kitchenette you can retire to the living and dining areas where there is ample space to enjoy your meal. Lots of refurbished old-style Queenslander homes. A large shopping centre for convenient cafes or grocery shopping that is only 2 minutes drive away.

    Its a nice and lovely queenslander house, with shared lounge, back deck, reading room and clean bedroom with double bed and equipped with inbuilt wardrobes, side desk, study table, and fan also blackout curtain.
    The property is perfect indoor and outdoor living situated, down a quiet residential street making it easy to get immersed in the relaxing ambiance of your surroundings.

Cleaning and tidy. two bedrooms with single bed for rent. per room $40 per night for one person. $25 per night for extra person in the same bedroom. no kids pleas饿because there are people living in the first floor. 6 mins walking to 330 bus stop, 25 mins to the city CBD. 15 mins walking to bus exchange station in Chermside Shopping Centre. there are lots of restaurants open till 9pm in the center. if you want to have beautiful food and fun it is the one. wakling ten mins only.

    My unit is close to Brisbane city centre, Roma Street train station and South Bank. The unit is fully self contained with a kitchenette, a queen bed in the bedroom, a pull out sofa in the lounge room and two bathrooms. For those travelling on business, it is close to the Brisbane convention centre and CBD. For football fans, it's walking distance to Suncorp Stadium There is also a pool :) Please note - the view is not spectacular. It is of the roof top of the building next door and mountains.
    The unit is located in the Park Regis building - a prime spot for holiday makers and those travelling on business or for the football
    Beautiful South Bank Parklands is across the river - just a 20 minute walk (1.6 kms) Roma Street Parklands is a 15 minute walk (1.4 km) Queen Street mall is a 15 minute walk (1.2 km) Suncorp Stadium and Caxton Street (restaurants and bars) is also a 15 minute walk (1 km) - Prime spot for Roar fans The Barracks is a five minute walk (450m) - this contains a grocery store, a cinema and restaurants QUT is a 20 minute walk (1.8 km)

    Located in a leafy suburb the house is homely, located close to the airport, public transport & shops & restaurants.
    The space is far from grand, best suited as a place to rest a weary head. The room is compact, however, you are welcome to use any of the other casual & comfy areas throughout the house. The house is an old Queenslander, with character, some aspects are dated but kept exceptional clean.

    Welcome to our 40 sqm downstairs unit, it has a flat private separate entry, and has been extensively renovated with a new designer bathroom, and contemporary kitchen. Ensuite bathroom has access to a private garden area. You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay in our bush-land setting. Our guests often comment about how tranquil and quiet the unit is. We are a strictly non smoking residence please.
    The unit is very private, tucked out of the way off the main road, and down a private roadway. We have one small step into the unit, other than that it is perfectly flat. You will need a car, or use ride sharing or taxi to get around, we are not that close to public transport, and the trip from Brisbane airport is about 25 mins. Grovely train station is a 5 minute drive, we are 11 kms from the CBD. Our closest shopping centres are in Arana Hills and Brookside at Mitchelton. The apartment is fully self contained with a Queen bed and bedside tables & lighting, in a spacious separate room, there is plenty of hanging space in the WIR, and a front load washing machine and clothes line for your convenience. The new european oven and ceramic cooktop make cooking a breeze. You will find a supply of tea, coffee, milk, condiments and first day breakfast items. Entertainment wise we have a large size TV with a DVD player and chromecast, and fast wifi. The unit is always comfortable with a reverse cycle AC, and in hot weather feel free to access our pool when the cover is off. There is sufficient off street parking, in a bush surrounding. Gas BBQ available on request There is a lovely bush walking track which takes you through to Arana Hills and Ferny Grove, you can walk as little, or as much as you like! We look forward to meeting you and assisting in any way we can.
    Close to: Arana Hills shopping centre. Medical centres. Prince Charles Hospital. North West Hospital. Samford Valley. The Gap.

The open plan lounge room has a sofa (folds down to become an extra bed), a study corner with desk and a separate small dining table with chairs. A large book shelf, cube shelf and mobile clothes hanger provide storage. Sleep nook with double bed.
    The unit sits under the main house and is fully private and self contained. Permanent living family in house provides easy reach help if you have queries.
    Unit is located in a very quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbors and a very safe street. There is an Aldi supermarket, pharmacy and cafe within walking distance (5-7 min walk) and bus stop nearby. Family friendly suburb and plenty of bush land nearby.

    This is very quite and beautiful place of famous Brisbane suburb, like living in the garden with best security. This room with great view, from the window you can see the green lawn and all kinds of flowers. 4 minutes walk to public transport station, 350/351 direct to Aspley Hypermarket and Brisbane CBD Shopping Aspley Hypermarket has Coles, Woolworth, Kmart, Sunlit Asian Grocery Store, Seven eleven, ALDI, KFC, Coffee, Bakery, Asian food/Restaurant, Pharmacy, McDonald’s, Domina’s Pizza, Officeworks and Bank. Westfield Chermside is the biggest shopping centre in Australia, which has almost everything you need.

Muito espaço, um guarda-roupa embutido, uma banheira, etc ... A cozinha está super bem equipada com tudo que você precisa. A localização é obrigatória. O Supermercado Coles e a estação de trem de Alderley estão a poucos passos de distância. Há também opções rápidas para a cidade de ônibus. (De Alderley você chega à cidade em 15 minutos.) Sentiremos falta de Cuddles. Cão muito amigável. :) Definitivamente recomendo!

    Our guest suite is located at the back of the property with a peaceful outlook from the upstairs balcony. Although it's attached to the main house, it is not connected internally. You'll have your own private entrance and door + a private balcony. We're a couple in our late 30s with 2 boys ages 1 and 3 years. We also have a cat.     Great, peaceful location within walking distance to local shops, restaurants. Bus route runs semi regularly at the end of the street, and train station is a casual 15mins walk away. All taking you directly to Brisbane CBD.
    Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with minimal traffic noise and plenty of trees.

    Open plan large studio apartment with full kitchen, dinning table, queen size bed and futon lounge with large screen TV. The apartment is on the ground floor, easy to access and is bright and airy. I provide a welcome pack for guests which consist of milk, bread, butter, jam, cereal, tea and coffee. Wireless internet and laptop friendly workspace.
    The apartment is modern with all the essentials for a comfortable stay including air con. I provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as bath towels. If guests book for a week or more I negotiate a time to change over towels, linen or a clean if required. A welcome pack is supplied for each guest which has tea, coffee, milk, bread, cereal, jam, sugar and butter. I also have salt, pepper and oil for longer term guests who might like to cook.

    Welcome to my laidback, spacious one bedroom apartment. Enjoy everything Brisbane has to offer, being walking distance to Gasworks shopping precinct 50+ restaurants and countless bars. If that's not enough, Brisbane's CBD is only 1.8km away and public transport on your doorstep. Inside the apartment complex, you'll have plenty of room to entertain, lounge by the pool, hit the gym or recover in the sauna. The space is fully equipped with modern appliances + access to netflix and Xbox gaming.
    This quaint apartment complex is lively during the day and quiet in the evenings. It's beautiful common areas are ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. As i live here when I'm not working away, the apartment is fully equipped for living. Please use everything as if it were you're own. The piano is more an antique than for playing however feel free to play as you wish (It needs a tune). Comes with Instructions for using the internet, Netflix and the Xbox.
    The neighbourhood is one of Brisbane's liveliest with live music, bars & brewers, restaurants, and shopping on the doorstep. It's also incredibly safe to wak along the river during the day or at night.

    Hello and welcome to our place! The listing you are looking at is for one of two bedrooms that we rent out for Airbnb in this house. This room is cool and spacious, sitting on the second story of our large family home. This home is just 5kms from the city. The train is around 700metres up the road and the bus is about 100 metres at the top of the road. The Royal Brisbane and Womens Hospital is just 800 metres away, which is across the road from the Brisbane showgrounds.
    Centrally located in the inner-city suburb of Windsor, our home is a secluded gem away from the hustle and bustle of main roads and loud transportation - but close enough to get you wherever you need. The property is made up of two houses, my parents and I living in one house and your Airbnb room in the other. There are two other bedrooms in addition to this Airbnb listing in that house, one is for a family member and one for another Airbnb room. This means that unless there is another Airbnb guest staying while you are, you will pretty much have the entire house to yourself. During your stay, you are welcome to treat our home as if it is your own and therefore we are happy for you to use all amenities. We have a fully equipped kitchen - you are welcome to use all of the cooking utensils and appliances and dishes (please clean them after use!!), the shower (we provide a face washer and towel), toilet and vanity in the bathroom, and the pool - we are happy to provide you with a beach towel. You are also welcome to use the kitchen table and lounge room to work and eat etc. The large lounge room has plenty of board games and a flat screen TV. You are also welcome to use the washing machine to do your laundry but please bring your own laundry detergent. The house is an old Queenslander, not a stark white new home, which has been our family home for 55 years. We have kept the cost of the room hire low, as you will not be in a hotel type room.
    We live in such a nice area - our house is surrounded by parks and bike tracks and greenery. There is a tonne of parking around our place but if you can't drive you will have no problem getting to the train or bus station - or even walking to surrounding suburbs like Albion, Bowen Hills, Wilston and Herston.

  • Ellie é muito simpática, cortês e respeita seu espaço. A atmosfera é muito relaxada e amigável. A casa é espaçosa e em uma excelente localização para a cidade ou a Gold Coast. A parada de ônibus mais próxima fica a 5 minutos a pé e você pode estar no centro de Brisbane em 15 minutos. Também é útil para o aeroporto, já que as estações de trem estão a 10 minutos a pé. As instalações do café da manhã também são um toque agradável.
