Entire, separate entry, second floor studio. Minimalist modern decor, nice clean small space with everything you need. We aim to have your stay be an enjoyable experience, greeting you with a clean home, ensuring you have what you need during the stay, and being available as needed. Approximately 5-10 from downtown KCMO, Power and Light, City Market. Within walking distance of a few local family owned restaurants and bars.
Minimal but robust kitchenette (NOT a full kitchen) with basic cooking items. Coffee, tea, and other random items waiting for you (creamer, sugar, butter, honey, jelly, random snacks, ramen, etc). Kitchenette also has microwave, mini fridge, toaster, coffee pot, hot plate for cooking food and electric kettle. It does not have a full stove/oven. Comfortable living area with couch, TV and wifi. Large, private second story deck. On street or alley parking. The space is on the second floor of a small house, guests will enter through the backyard - up one flight of exterior stairs to the private entrance.
House is located in Strawberry Hill, it's an eclectic area of Kansas City, Kansas. Fun to walk around when the weather is nice. Lots of interesting diversity. It's a good location to get many places in the city but you will need to drive 5-10 min to hit downtown KCMO, City Market etc. Not many amenities (larger restaurants or shops) in the immediate neighborhood.

  • A localização era no centro da cidade, e era fácil de entender e chegou sem qualquer hesitação. Fiquei um pouco preocupado que não houvesse nenhum problema, pois havia estacionamento na rua, mas não havia problema por 2 noites. Eu fiquei em fevereiro, então estava frio, mas o quarto estava quente e o chuveiro era confortável sem problemas. Não usei as comodidades, mas estava em perfeitas condições que podia sentir a preocupação do anfitrião. Muito obrigado

    Top floor loft with great views in the heart of downtown KC. Exposed brick, hardwood floors, and gorgeous windows offer you the perfect place to explore downtown Kansas City right outside your door.
    Come stay in my home! I love being an Airbnb host but please know this is not a loft that allows parties at all! My neighbor's will call security so if that is your intention for your stay please choose another Airbnb. I have a 1200 sq foot loft with high ceilings and very large windows that look out onto downtown Kansas City. The view is great, especially at night! My main bedroom has a comfy queen bed as well as the study making my space perfect for 2 - 4 people. In addition, you would have 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer! I also have a queen air mattress you're welcome to use as well as a pack-n-play. I have a very open floor plan with comfy seating. You also have full access to my kitchen, movie/book library, and toiletries. All within the heart of downtown Kansas City! A Few Highlights: -- internet access (including netflix, amazon and more) -- great city views of downtown Kansas City -- walking distance from KC Convention Center, Power & Light Entertainment District, River Market, The Sprint Center, Quality Hill Playhouse, The Midland and much more. -- 2 minutes to all major interstates in Kansas City area (I-70, I-29, I-35, I-670); great for getting anywhere, fast! -- 5 minutes from Kauffman Performing Arts Center, Crown Center, Crossroads Arts District, Union Station, 18th and Vine Jazz District, and more. -- 20 minutes to Kansas City International Airport, Arrowhead Stadium, Kauffman Stadium and most anything else in KC. My loft is right down the street from our favorite jazz steakhouse (The Majestic) and around the corner from the best coffeehouse in KC: Scratch. Within 5 blocks you will find a CVS, Cosentino's grocery store and Sasha's Bakery or Starbucks.
    There is a ton to explore and discover in downtown KC. From Rivermaket to Crossroads to Crown Center downtown Kansas City is exciting and surprising. You would be in walking distance from museums (from the National WWI Memorial to the Riverboat Musuem), cultural events centers (from the Kauffman Performing Arts Center to the Sprint Center), KC history (from jazz cubs to BBQ), and beautiful architecture (turn of the century to cutting edge). Nestled in rustic Parkville, a historic small town that is only a 16 minute commute to KCI Airport and Downtown Kansas City. Within 1.5 miles: casual and fine dining restaurants, coffee shop, bars, dry cleaning, shopping, antiques, mini-golf, a riverfront park, gas, atm and a barber.
    Private living area, bedroom, spa-inspired bathroom, appliance/games closet and laundry room. Small kitchenette with griddle, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge.     The studio has a queen & a twin size bed, also a microwave, refrigerator, some dishes,etc.There is a small entertainment sitting area & dining table. It is totally one big room with little privacy so best for persons who know & like each other. The bathroom does not have a door, only a curtain. Small deck with bistro set for morning coffee & off street parking right outside your door.It's fully handicap accessible. Ramp goes from driveway,there is a large accessible shower. Welcome everyone!
    There is coffee, tea, toaster, microwave/convection oven. If one wants to use my stove, my kitchen is available. Big back yard available for children. Porchswing, swing and sitting deck. Very nice park and playground within a long walk, short drive as well as a plethora of little restaurants and shops 3 blocks away. 8 minutes from downtown, Westport or the Plaza. The space is very bright, not especially luxurious but welcoming, quiet and "artsy".
    One of the most walkable and diverse neighborhoods in Kansas City. Within a ten minute walk of fabulous barbeque, cajun food with changing music venues, Mongolian barbeque, Sushi, numberous neighborhood "joints", bakeries, unique dress and vintage shops. Easy access to the theatre district, The Unicorn Theatre, and Metropolitan Ensemble as well as Missouri Repetory etc. The Kaufman Centre for Performing Arts is five minutes away, as well as the Westside Arts District, come for the fun First Friday Art walks. Finally, I think our jewel is the Nelson Art gallery, very vibrant with a lovely sculpture garden.

    Welcome to my home! I have a corner loft that is professionally cleaned after each guest stay with exposed brick, huge windows, high ceilings, and a cozy raised floor one bedroom unit in downtown Kansas City right next to the historic Phoenix Jazz Club. It is in a very peaceful, low traffic area and in walking distance to the Rivermarket, Power & Light district, Sprint Center, Cosentino's grocery store, Crossroads Arts District and eclectic West side. Loft has high-end finishes and comes with access to entertainment room, roof top deck, and gym. This price also comes with access to my parking garage that is conveniently connected to the building and provides for added safety. My place is a perfect spot for anyone looking to immerse themselves in all things Kansas City. I will also be happy to listen to your interests and provide suggestions on things to do and places to see here in my beloved home town. It is equipped with wifi, washer/dryer, kitchen fully stocked with dishes, silverware, stove, and refrigerator. Clean linens and towels provided, and professional cleaning services between guest stays. You will also have access to Netflix, Pandora, and web access to a blue ray DVD player with internet connected to a big screen HDTV and excellent sound system for those looking to listen to music, play a DVD, or stream a movie. I usually try and meet most of my guests but if I can't I certainly have contact at least once a day to check in and make sure everything is going well and if there is anything that I can provide or suggest. Other highlights include: My place is within walking distance to many places as noted above. There is also a public bus station within a few blocks. By car, my place is: -5 minutes to Crown Center, Union Station, 18th and Vine Jazz District, etc. -20 minutes from Kansas City International Airport -A few blocks from multiple public bus metro stations -Great city views of downtown Kansas City -10/15 minutes from Westport, Plaza, and mid town area -SoHo Bakery located on first floor is open during the week (excellent quiche and coffee) -10/15 minutes from the Truman sports complex where the Chiefs and the Royals play

  • Este era um ótimo apartamento em um bairro agradável. Muito limpo e bem decorado em estilo urbano / loft. O estacionamento na garagem era uma vantagem, já que o estacionamento na rua era de tempo limitado. O apartamento tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Nossa única reclamação (menor) foi não conseguir descobrir como encontrar coisas na televisão ou como operar a combinação de lavadora / secadora. Conseguimos encontrar instruções para a lavadora / secadora on-line, mas nunca descobrimos a TV. No geral, embora um bom lugar para ficar em KC.

    Come stay in our private studio apartment in our awesome turn of the century home in the historic Westside neighborhood of Kansas City. Just blocks away from downtown, Crossroads and unique restaurants and shops. Just a quick Uber ride away from Westport or the Plaza.
    The space is a comfy studio apartment with private entry. Sleep in a super comfortable queen-sized bed, enjoy free WIFI, a full kitchen, and your own private bathroom. There is an on premise security camera upstairs which points to the front porch of the house for security. This records audio and video for 3 hours and is only monitored if needed. Please note, this space is unfortunately not ADA compliant - stairs are unavoidable when accessing the space.
    The Westside neighborhood of Kansas City is an eclectic mix of old and new, with homes built at the turn of the 20th century and new architecturally funky homes built in the last 10 years there is a great mix of art and culture all around. The neighborhood is known for the unbeatable views of downtown Kansas City and easy access to all of the city's greatest spots. Authentic Mexican restaurants, Roasterie Coffee and Boulevard Brewery pepper the South side and unique shops and farm to table restaurants define the north end.

    Its not the Waldorf, but despite its quirks, its a comfortable room. Only a few minutes from downtown. Smartly furnished with a Casper queen bed and a magic couch that grants wishes.
    in the process of being renovated, this house still has the fung shui of an old manor: Lots of varnished wood. Bizarrely elaborate closet door frames. Amentities are upgrading as we go.
    Eastside KC is a working class family neighborhood. It has many historic homes undergoing renovations. It is a culturally diverse community with mixed incomes. We've been told it reminds people of Detrotit.

We’re a family of entrepreneurs so the locked basement (a non-guest area) and some backyard areas are used for storage.
    Our home is in the pulse of the city of Kansas City, Missouri close to popular destinations.   • A casa era perfeita para as nossas necessidades. Ótima localização na saída da rodovia. A casa estava impecável, mas é uma casa mais antiga, tem alguns rangidos e rachaduras, mas adoramos tudo. Notei alguns comentários sobre a casa e não há nada que me impediria de ficar aqui novamente. A cama na sala da frente era a mais confortável de todos os tempos. Eu adorava sentar no pátio para tomar um café da manhã ou tomar uma bebida à noite. O hospital fica a alguns quarteirões de distância, então há uma sirene ocasional, novamente nada que me impediria de ficar nesta casa novamente. Lisa foi muito sensível às minhas mensagens e textos.     This is an older unit in an older apartment complex compared to the newer developments surrounding it. Having said that, it is a two room apartment which you will Not have to share and you have access to one bedroom with a queen bed, along with the bathroom, kitchen and living room. The furnished room and all other spaces are for the use by guest(s) and are not shared. The room for guests is clean and the whole apartment has new carpet. It is a big private space for those who do not wsh to share with others. A comfy queen bed in a medium sized room with access to all other areas of the apartment, except the room opposite the kitchen.
    All the restaurants, shops, malls (Starbucks, Jack Stack and KCMO.

    You'll be staying in our bright and cozy private bedroom featuring a queen sized bed with white linens and long white drapes. You'll find plenty of clean towels in your closet and toiletries in your shower. Your shared bathroom is just down the hall to the left where you'll find a cast iron waterfall shower and double vessel floating vanity. In the bathroom closet, you'll see a blow dryer and an iron/ironing pad for your use. You are welcome to use our kitchen when cooking your own food. Feel free to store leftovers or your groceries in the fridge and help yourself to our coffee and tea bar where you'll find local coffee beans and an extensive selection of teas. We have a Berkey water filter on the bar next to the sink!

    This beautiful 1 bedroom condo is just the get away you are looking for. It is walking distance to the Country Club Plaza and Westport make it perfect for taking in the city and being a part of the action. Please note that this unit is on the third floor which is accessed by taking 3 flights of stairs. This property is managed by Karat Vacation Rental Management
    The bedroom has a queen size bed with 600 thread count cotton sheets and bathroom. If you are planning on doing some work while you are here there is a small desk where you can set up shop. While staying in the condo you are welcome to catch up on laundry with the washer and dryer or surf the internet. If you are looking for a chill fall night by the fire you are in luck because the property has a large patio complete with a gas fire pit, a 12 foot tall streaming fountain and industrial grade stainless steel grill. You can spend your mornings watching the sunrise while you enjoy your breakfast on the front balcony. Don't hesitate to open up those beautiful French doors and let the fresh fall air fill the house. While you are here feel free to use the fully functional kitchen complete with granite counter tops, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. If you are craving a nice night inside with your partner watching a movie then the living room is your spot. Curl up on the couch with your partner and watch a movie on the 32 inch TV. The living room is complete with wireless internet, and Roku TV. I don't have any cats or dogs so you with allergies will be fine at this place.....
    My condo is located in west plaza which is about 3 blocks from the Plaza. This is a great time of year to stroll about the plaza and get some shopping in.

    Waldo is becoming the fun hip new area. Brookside and Country Club Plaza min away. You will not run out of things to do. Just an 8 min morning walk down tree lined street to McClains Bakery for a awesone breakfast or pastry. Coffee is excellent. Tons of late-night places to eat and drink. Minutes from everything.     This newly renovated home has a lot of fun and modern touches starting with the art. The large painting in the dining room was found in one of our first house projects in KC. The gold bedroom has a painting painted on a rice sack straight from Congo, Africa (Got it myself) and the Navy room has maps and paintings from Asia. The art reflects our personalities and we wanted to leave our stamp on this house. We hope you love what we have done with it and make it your own while you stay here.
    Less than 5 minutes from Westport or the Plaza this house is perfectly situated for a visit to Kansas City. This is an entire floor, but is part of a duplex. The top floor is also available at times.

    Recently remodeled home that is just east of Troost in KC! This listing is for a private bedroom with access to a private bath on the 1st floor. I’ve still got quite a few odds and ends to take care of, including remodeling the run down home next door. If an inexpensive place to sleep and hang out is what you’re looking for - this is the place. Guests will have access to the entire first floor of the home. There is free parking in the driveway or on the street. Close to Research & NTS.
    Since moving, and realizing how much stuff I had, I've been trying to reduce my environmental impact and switch to more natural products. I use plant based detergent and cleaning products and try to purchase more sustainable products as I continue to use up what I already have. In addition to a trash and recycling bin, I also have a compost bin that you are welcome to use while you are here. It'll be labeled and next to the trash can with a list of acceptable items that can go in it. The best news of all is that the house will be going solar starting the summer of 2019.
    I'm a part of the Neighbors United for Action zone in Kansas City. NUFA has worked really hard to rejuvenate this area. (With that said it is a diverse and changing neighborhood. As yet I've had no issues, other than the neighborhood kids wanting to play with Marty, but have added extra security including motion sensor lights and a security system. ) I was a part of this by working with them to remodel this home, move in and join the neighborhood association. Also, don't let the house next door scare you - I just got approval to start remodeling it so hopefully by the fall of 2019 it will be an additional AirBNB hosting spot - once we get it looking amazing instead of its current sad state. If you want to know more about all of the cool things we are doing please ask! Also, 10% of what I make I plan to donate to the neighborhood association for beautification of the neighborhood.

  • Eu me senti muito confortável no lugar de Katie. Check-in foi muito fácil com o teclado na porta da frente. Fui recebido por seus gatinhos doces e Marty (que estava em sua caixa). O quarto tem uma boa cama macia, uma mesa de bom tamanho e uma televisão. Eu era capaz de ir e voltar do meu quarto para o banheiro privado facilmente para se preparar para um evento. Estava quieto quando fui dormir pela noite. Eu consegui falar com Katie quando estava prestes a sair e desejei que nossos horários estivessem alinhados mais cedo!     Beautiful 100 year old Kansas City shirt waist home centrally located in Kansas City, MO. A restful place for the weary traveler. Very close to Power and Light district, Westport, The Plaza, The Cross Roads, The Uptown Theater, and Downtown Kansas City MO. Buses, city bike stands, Uber, Lyft, and Kansas Cities new free street car are a short walk away!
    A sacred retreat from the busy world open to all needing rest and healing. In the very center of this bustling Midwestern city an oasis for the mind and body. This room faces a busy street so there will be noise due to the traffic. This is an older house so the rooms are on the larger side. The bathroom has some original fixtures. That means that they are clean but may look used. The sink, tub, and floor were installed in the house in 1910. They have not been changed. The tub was updated to include a shower. Since there is no conversion kit for a really old bathtub we have constructed our own. We are in the middle of working on some house projects. You may see paint cans, ladders, and tools hanging around common spaces. If you are ok with these things you will have a wonderful stay!
    Coleman highlands is a beautiful, diverse, walk able, family neighborhood. A super cheap Uber ride back from all the Kansas City hot spots. Very close to Power and Light, Westport, The Plaza, The Crossroads, and Downtown.

  • Minha estadia com Frank foi incrível. Antes mesmo de eu chegar, Frank me ofereceu dicas e informações úteis que me ajudaram e fizeram a minha estadia em Kansas City ótima! Ele se ofereceu para pegar na Union Station. Check-in foi super fácil, ele tem um auto check-in no teclado que o torna ainda mais conveniente. Quarto era grande, limpo e banheiro por perto! Frank ocasionalmente me perguntou pelo aplicativo Airbnb se há alguma coisa que eu precise de ajuda para deixá-lo saber. Quando cheguei em casa depois do meu dia na cidade tive uma boa conversa com Frank, ele me perguntou sobre o meu dia, chegou a ver o cachorro! Localização é excelente, perto do centro, restaurantes, Union Station e outras atrações! Eu definitivamente fazer isso novamente e recomendo uma estadia com Frank como ele foi acima e além daquilo que eu esperava! Ele realmente fez a minha estadia agradável.   • Eu sempre fico no Franks quando visito o KCK. A casa uma energia pacífica sobre isso e eu amo a decoração. A localização é perfeita. Há o café café da rua que eu amo e muitas articulações de churrasco também. Para não mencionar uma quantidade infinita de bares, restaurantes e lojas também mantê-lo ocupado em sua viagem a esta cidade incrível.
