The cottage has a light airy, spacious feel with vaulted ceilings and a lovely outlook. It’s Ideally situated in a pretty village, 5 minutes walk to a dining pub and shop/cafe. There’s beautiful countryside, lots of walks, cycle routes; 15 minutes walk to the River Severn/Severn way Coastal Path. The market town of Thornbury where there are restaurants, cafe's, pubs, shops etc is 2.5 miles. Easy access to Bristol - 18 miles, Bath and Gloucester, 25 miles and Royal Forest of Dean 20 miles.
The cottage has patio doors with views across the fields to Wales, perfect for relaxing and watching the sun go down. There is a small enclosed garden with decked patio and a shed which can be used to store/lock away bikes. The interior includes open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area, with a comfy sofa that can be made up as a sofa bed if required. There is a large screen TV and smart dvd player. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with all white goods. The bedroom can be arranged either with 2 single beds or 1 super king sized bed and has ample storage, with a wardrobe/dressing area. A travel cot is also available. The hallway has a cupboard for boots/shoes/coats etc and the bathroom has a shower/bath. We provide shampoo/shower wash etc. as well as on arrival basics such as tea/coffee/sugar/milk/ cereals, cooking salt, oil etc. and all linen - bedding and towels. Off road parking is available adjacent to the cottage.
Situated in a quite village on a ‘no through road'. Easy access to walks across open fields and to the River Seven.

Great for Contractors as we are just a few minutes by car from the M5 motorway. 5 minutes walk from the local Trainline - Avonmouth to Temple meads station. A wall-mounted freeview TV will help you relax. Free use of wifi. Snacks and drinks are available from the local supermarket just 5 minutes walk away, as are the takeaways and pub food. Tea and coffee are available in the kitchen.

Room - *Single room (Small single), with single bed with memory foam mattress. *Fresh bedding & plenty of towels provided. *Open wardrobe to hang clothes and shelves for clothes / storage (See picture). *Bedside table for laptop. *Selection of complimentary toiletries. *Iron and ironing board (In room). *Clothes washing facilities. *Clothes drying - via a clothes hanger (Outside of room). *Central heating in room (Radiator). *Balcony door / window. *Limited study space (No desk / desk chair within the room) however free use of any space in shared living room whenever needed. *Relaxed use of living room - please feel free to use this area as much as you like, relax and watch tv etc. Don't feel like you need to stay in the room. House - I am a live in landlord. The property is a three bed house situated in 'Stoke Park' a quiet residential area away from main roads, but close enough for easy access to city centre, M32 (5min) / M4 (6min). The house is over three floors. The middle floor houses two rooms - single room (for ABNB guest) and double room for full-time lodger. There is a shared bathroom (shower over bath / shared by AIRBNB guest and lodger). The top floor is my own room with ensuite bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen, shared living room with TV / coffee table work space. Other amenities: No breakfast service, however please help yourself to the following: *Tea & Coffee and fresh milk provided. *A selection of cereals provided. *Bread, butter and a jams (Limited - may not always be available). Please note - longer stays will need to provide themselves with some of the above after the initial provided has all been used. *Fast wireless internet (Fibre). *Central heating. *Sky TV with NETFLIX / Amazon Prime Video. *Cats (!) *Happy to store your bike - either locked up in the back garden or in the house (Please let me know in advance).
The neighbourhood is lovely. It is situated just off main routes in a residential area. You are a brief walk to the University of West England so the house is ideally placed. You are surrounded by a large park (Stoke Park) which is great for walks, runs and bike rides. A lovely view across the city. It is the best of both worlds - not too busy, lovely scenic views but also very accessible to the city centre and main bus routes.

    The property benefits from being only 6 miles to the city centre whilst also being in a semi-rural location There is a second room that can also be rented (as a separate booking) enabling a group of up to 5 people to stay
    Hambrook is a small series of hamlets just outside the city The area benefits from being only 6 miles from the city centre but at the same time giving you a feel of the countryside There are a number of supermarkets around 5-10 mins away by car If you are walking the closest shop is 10-15 mins almost opposite Beckspool Road bus stop (road is signposted golf club)

    Modern light and airy maisonette with small private garden. Large bedroom with double bed , additional sleeping on double sofa bed which is very comfortable. Located 1 mile from Thornbury High Street/Supermarkets/Pubs and restaurants/Gym. 5 miles from Aztec West and Motorway (M4/M5 interchange) Quiet location in a cul de sac, parking for one car. You will have the entire flat to yourself with use of fully equipped kitchen, wifi, Netflix and BT TV. Please leave the flat clean and tidy.
    There is a lovely little Pub (The Anchor Inn) just a 5 minute walk from the flat, serves great food and gin! Quite and peaceful location on the edge of the Cotswold Way yet close enough to the motorway for a spot of shopping at either Cabot Circus or the Mall at Cribbs.
    This is a new Development a few minutes walk from the lovely High Street where you will find fabulous coffee shops and restaurants. Check out Hawkes House and The Royal George for great food or the Anchor Inn is even closer and can be reached via footpath through the woods. Cribbs Causeway is 15 mins drive. Great Chinese near to Aldi

    It's a home away from home. We hope you'll feel cosy, comfortable and refreshed. The place is a brand new building, which feels light and airy. The Bathroom is downstairs, and the bedroom/ living space is upstairs. Parking is available in front of the property. Nearby: Rolls Royce, Air Bus, MOD, EE
    The price reflects the fact that the accommodation not only has ample sleeping/living space but also has a fully functioning kitchenette and is value when compared to surrounding accommodation providers. A fridge and Microwave combination oven are also available for use, as is a kettle and toaster (& iron/ironing board). If you are staying for a few weeks, you're welcomed to use the washer and dryer in house.
    We have a large park only 2 mins walk away, which is perfect for a morning jog or just to stretch your legs. Lots of shopping possibilities such as Tesco Express, Co-op, Sainsburys and some reasonable Chinese and Indian takeaways, not to mention the traditional Fish & Chips.

    Very friendly & quiet neighbourhood. The village of Tutshill was the childhood home for famous Author JK Rowling. She attended Tutshill Church of England Primary School before moving on at the age of eleven to the nearby Wyedean School in Sedbury. Her childhood home, Church Cottage, a mid-19th century Gothic-style Grade II listed building designed by the architect Henry Woodyer, was put up for sale in 2011. The character Severus Snape in the Harry Potter books was partly based on Sylvia Morgan, a teacher at her primary school, and on one of her teachers at Wyedean School, John Nettleship. In the book Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, a passage is set in the Forest of Dean, where Harry, Hermione and Ron are camping & discover the Sword of Gryffindor where it has been hidden by Snape. Tutshill is also the home of a fictional professional Quidditch team operating within the Harry Potter universe. The Tutshill Tornados are one of thirteen fictional Quidditch teams that play in the professional Quidditch League of Britain and Ireland that was established in 1674. The team players wear sky-blue robes emblazoned with a double "T" in dark blue on the chest & back. In the early 20th century the fictional team set a British and Irish record by winning the League Cup five times in a row.

Private entrance separate to house with ample safe gated parking. A cosy gas centrally heated area with a double bed and kitchen facilities with separate shower room. The area is very quiet next to open fields and golf course. There is secure facilities for cycles if required.
    Beautiful Forest of Dean 2 miles from Symonds Yat and 1 mile from Speech House with forest walks surrounding all of area. 5 miles from Wye Valley with breathtaking views and excellent cycle tracks. in the centre of Monmouthshire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.

    A well laid out private studio in the beautiful village of Tockington, near Bristol. Ideal for a weekend away and near by wedding to many local wedding venues. Three pubs in walking distance, including a family pub just over the road. An ideal country retreat with Bristol only a 25min drive away.
    The annex is a self contained newly decorated relaxing space for guests. There is an ensuite shower room, fast WiFi and a smart tv in the space. Tea and coffee facilities are available. It’s opposite a quiet family pub in the heart of a lovely village. There is no breakfast provided at this listing, but we provide tea and coffee making facilities.
    Its a lovely rural village location. The Wave is very close by, only 10 minutes drive.

    We have a completely self contained annexe at our lower level, with your own private entrance from outside. Bedroom, double bed, copper bath, en suite shower room, wardrobe, kettle, fridge, microwave and TV. French doors open onto a small patio with views over the River Severn. The room would suit someone working at Aztec West, Ministry of Defence, Cribbs Causeway, British Aerospace, Airbus and other industries in north Bristol. A quiet escape, but so very close to the city and the motorways.
    You will have sole use of the internal space. You have your own independent access door from outside. Accessibility note: access to the room is via external steps.
    We are located in a rural location just off the M5/M4 Motorway Interchange, about halfway between J16 Aztec West and J17 Cribbs Causeway, about a 15 minute drive from Bristol Parkway railway station. Nearby are a couple of pubs, a garden centre with restaurant, and a village shop. Cribbs Causeway shopping centre is close by and The Wave and cinemas are equally close by. Whilst we are in a rural location we are incredibly close to the city so we have the best of both worlds. If you like a walk or a jog you can easily do so from here across the fields or take a walk around the pathway that goes around the knoll.

Away from the inner city hustle and bustle ; right by the Severn Estuary with pleasant walks, Close to the M5/M4, A38 , Avonmouth, The Mall shopping centre and The Wave. Bus and Train routes within walking distance. Convenience store right opposite and a Bakery. Off Street parking with a drive and also free street parking.
    Close to the second Severn Bridge, many years ago it was a seaside resort with its own swimming pool, boating lake, fun-fair stalls and donkey rides. Now it has more of a village environment; there is a newly built Tea Cottage within a 5 min walk and a Cafe nearby.

    Our house overlooks the River Severn and is a stone's throw from the Severn Bridge. Built in the 17th century, originally as two cottages, the space has plenty of character and is completely private with access to the garden and outdoor seating areas with stunning views across the estuary. It has recently undergone total refurbishment and has underfloor heating throughout. The area regularly attracts bird spotters, fossil hunting enthusiasts and visitors to the old car ferry site.
    The spacious entrance hall leads to a bedroom with a built in wardrobe, drawers, iPod docking station, television and DVD library. Next door is a newly refurbished bathroom with dual sinks, rain shower and beautiful views. Due to the property's hot water and heating system - air source heat pump - there is the occasional low hum from the fan outside the bedroom window. There is a sitting room overlooking the garden with piano, cross trainer, sofa and microwave. Tea and coffee are also available. There's on street parking just outside the drive, it's a very quiet and safe road so you'll be fine to leave your car there. Cyclists can bring their bikes inside and leave them in the entrance hall. Yoga enthusiasts can use our terrace and garden - we have a spare mat you’re welcome to use!

Main communal hallway takes you into the apartment hallway, which leads into the kitchen and living area which has a flatscreen TV & DVD player, a big corner sofa and a squishy arm chair to sink into. The well equipped kitchen area has a round oak table which looks out onto the Severn estuary, a perfect place to eat and soak up the view. The kitchen contains an electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer box and a washing machine. The hallway also leads into the bathroom with a lovely slate floor and fire place (decorative only) there is a bath with shower over it and a electric towel rail, toilet and basin. The bedroom is a lovely light room with a very comfortable oak king size bed, two bedside tables and a big chest of drawers with a mirror, travel cot also available and plenty of room in the bedroom to put it. There is also one single campbed available if needed suitable for a child. This could be set up in the lounge or bedroom. Bottom sheet only supplied with this. Hanley will suit everyones needs with its light airy spaces, fabulous views and it's old house charm.

    You can use all the amenities there, and help yourself to coffee (instant and ground) and tea. There will be milk in the fridge. Netflix is available via Amazon firestick - I will leave instructions out.
    We are in a semi rural location, local attractions include Old Down Country Park, The Wave surf park, Wild Place, The Mall at Cribbs Causeway, Aztec West Business Park, Thornbury Market town with its many restaurants and pubs. There are lovely walks in the local area. The Fox Inn, Old Down, is a free house serving lunch and evening meals and is approximately a 15 minute walk away. We have a local Chinese and shops in walking distance (10 mins) including a post office, pharmacy, butcher, green grocery. There is a cash point nearby.

The extension is made of a utility room, bathroom and a single/ double bedroom. The extension linked to the house via a sliding door which can be locked for added privacy.
    What made this space unique is that it is self contained. You benefit from your own entrance to the extension via the side of the house and will be able to use the utility room, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom are for the sole use of the guest(s). In the room there is a single bed which can transform into a king size bed. The utility room is a bit like a little kitchenette (see more details below)
    The neighbours are very nice and the area is quiet. You have view on a beautiful garden.

    The Mouse House is a beautiful stone annexe seperate to the main house, with its own entrance. There is parking safely at the front of the main property. The Mouse House dates back to 1800’s. The main property used to be a public house & the Annex (The Mouse House) was the on site brewery. The Mouse House has been wonderfully developed into a spacious and open out house while maintaining its heritage and character.
    The Mouse House offers a beautifully designed mezzanine floor where there is a comfortable double bed. The cosy double bed on the mezzanine floor makes the space ideal for a couple. Due to height restrictions, there is no bed base, but a good quality mattress. I am mentioning this as most people love the quirkiness of The Mouse House, however I just want you to be aware of this. An attractive en-suite shower room, with toiletries and towels provided. Comfortable sofa, armchair and, a bar top with room to work. Further appliances provided for a welcomed stay are a kettle, toaster, fridge & microwave. Please note - there is a sink in the bathroom but there is no kitchenette area - so please bear this in mind if you wish to stay a couple of nights. There are plenty of restaurants nearby though (see below). You’ll be staying in a wonderful area with ample amounts of things to do. Next door to The Mouse House is ‘Miller & Carter Steak Restaurant’ (less than 1 min walk away!). Perfect for a Saturday night meal or a business trip evening meal. With its own private access which leads to the back of the restaurant - it doesn’t matter whether you wine & dine until close! Other food amenities (less than 5 minute drive away/ 15 minute walk) include Nandos, Frankie & Bennys, Pizza Express, TGI Friday’s, Las Iguanas, Wagamamas, Pizza Hut and more! Alternatively ‘Just Eats’ & ‘Deliveroo’ can be delivered to the property. A 15 minute walk to The Mall at Cribbs Causeway where there are plenty of shops & food restaurants. Shops ranging from John Lewis, M&S, Next, Crew Clothing, Pret Manger, The White Company and many many more! If you are around for a couple of days the area offers a wealth of outdoor pursuits from countryside walks, cycling & a local activity centre 2 minutes from the house (paint balling, quad biking etc). The ‘Wild Place Project’ is an animal reserve just minutes from the house. It is a 20 minute drive into the main centre of Bristol. Super close to the M5 and M4 junctions making it a very accessible point for anywhere in the region. To save on parking fees & the hassle of finding a space in the centre, you can keep your car at The Mouse House & get an uber into town (Price range depending £15-25).

    Combining period features with modern quirkiness and bespoke craftsmanship, the newly refurbished Apple Loft is a detached self-catering cottage for two with original oak beams, vaulted ceiling, stone walls and a feature arched window with spectacular views. Situated in the grounds of the owners 13th century Grade 2 listed farmhouse, located above an ancient cider press and at the end of a historical stone barn, 10 external stone steps lead to the front door, giving entrance to an open plan living, dining, kitchen area and bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC. A unique internal staircase leads to the quirky mezzanine bedroom with low level king size bed. This high spec and comfortable conversion complete with oil central heating and real flame electric fire, includes an electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and tv/ dvd player. Outside, the stone archway leads to a patio area complete with pergola and comfortable garden furniture so you can dine al fresco or relax with your favourite drink as you watch the sun go down! Beyond the patio is a newly landscaped teardrop garden area complete with fire pit, stream and bridge made from reclaimed sleepers which provides guests with their own personal access to our 40 acres of private countryside. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, as instalações eram excelentes. Feito para se sentir em casa a partir do momento em que chegamos, nada era demais. Eu inicialmente fiquei enquanto minha esposa estava no hospital, e como é uma distância tão curta para o hospital que fez chegar ao hospital livre de estresse. You’ll love my place because of beautiful tranquil country views with access to stunning walks, yet a stone throw away from Thornbury and a short drive to Bristol and Bath . Thornbury itself is a delightful market town with plenty of really good restaurants. The cottage is light, well-equipped and very cosy. An upstairs living area and terrace make the most of the views. . My place is great for couples.
    The cottage is set in a scenic rural location with excellent views of the Welsh hills. It is walking distance (just) to Old Down country park, and to Thornbury. Thornbury is a historic market town (complete with a high street, restaurants, and castle). The cottage is also driving distance from Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, the Cotswolds, South Wales and Cardiff.

    Close to Bristol Parkway, M4, M32, UWE and 5 miles from Bristol city center. A very quiet base for workers visiting during the week. The annex has its own private entrance and is separate from our main home. Facilities include a private en-suite shower room, king size bed, WIFI, TV, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, and off street parking for one medium sized car on our gated driveway. The annex is self check in, and would suit guests that are confident using the internet on their phone.
    The studio doesn't come with a separate kitchen (see floor plan), but makes up for it by being totally private and separate from our main home. We are extremely popular with workers looking for a comfy and private stay during the week. We are less popular with guest who are looking for night life in Bristol and guests who are not confident using the internet on their phone tend to find the self check in process difficult. The location is peaceful and quiet with the closest pub being about 800 meters away (8 min walk) and the closest shop/supermarket about 1 mile away. We recommend you bring your own transport, however there a lots of buses into the city center. Very long cars may struggle to park on our driveway, However there are lots of parking options on Beckspool Rd or Riverwood Rd. Message me to discuss.
    We are in the Frenchay conservation area which includes many historic Georgian buildings and the beautiful Frenchay common is a only a few steps away from our home. If you walk through the common for about 8 mins you will find the White Lion pub which has excellent food and drinks. From there you can walk along the Frome valley river which goes the 5 miles into Bristol.

    17th Century cottage in the heart of Chepstow, close to Offa's Dyke & the Wye Valley.
    Small but perfectly formed, Pineapple Cottage is a characterful little cottage that dates back to 1650 (we think!). It may be old, but it has all the mod-cons thanks to a recent refurb. There's Sky TV, WiFi and a wood burning stove*, as well as a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a shower room. There are plenty of mirrors for getting ready and the shower room has a heated floor and a heated mirror! You won’t see it in the photos (that would ruin the surprise), but to find the second bedroom you’ll have to check for secret doors. Think The Lion The Witch and the... The Garden is small but private. It is heated, lit by fairy lights and has just enough room for four around the table. *feel free to use the wood burner, but you'll need to provide your own logs!
    Being in the heart of historic Chepstow, there are restaurants, bars and cafes nearby with Chepstow Castle virtually on your doorstep! If you're heading to the races then its a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes in a taxi.

  • Este é sem dúvida o Airbnb mais lindo que já fiquei. É aconchegante, mas tem tudo o que você precisa e está bem decorado para fazer com que se sinta acolhedor. Ficava a 5 minutos a pé do castelo Chepstow e a 15 minutos de carro de Tintern. Havia muitos restaurantes locais a uma curta caminhada e um grande Tesco próximo também. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente!

  • Joe é um anfitrião fantástico e a comunicação foi perfeita. Casa de abacaxi é um lugar fantástico para ficar (com 11 meses de idade também), e você pode até ver as ruínas do castelo pela janela de trás. Muitas coisas para fazer localmente, Joe fornece um excelente guia com atrações e restaurantes locais durante a sua estadia. Minha família ficaria feliz em ficar aqui novamente em um futuro próximo.
