These are quite steep. There is a stair gate at the top but not at the bottom. Something to note if you have small children. Outdoor dining & BBQ. The ground floor is part disabled friendly. Anyone booking must be able to open doors independently for easy escape.

Happy Valley houses a variety of natures greats such as black darter dragon fly, birds of prey, deer, pheasants, butterfly as plenty, rare long eared bats, Nightjar and bees. A heron often sits on the pond eye up its dinner. Grimston Warren and Roydon common sit on the edge of Grimston which are beautiful Heathland Restoration projects house a rich mosaic of habitats. - Bring your bikes, great trails through the woods- Spoilt by lots of award winning gastro pubs close by and 20-30 mins to incredible north Norfolk beaches if you fancy a day there. A propriedade em si tem ótimos lugares para passear e apreciar as belas paisagens e a vida selvagem. A cabana de Shepard foi particularmente maravilhosa, é um espaço pequeno e delicioso, perfeito para mim e meu parceiro.     Open plan with high ceilings and wooden floor throughout, the annex boasts a comfortable double bed, lounge area including a new high quality double sofa bed and a kitchen area. The large bathroom features a walk in waterfall shower. The kitchen area is equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fridge. We provide continental breakfast supplies and tea, coffee and milk free of charge. (Please note there is not a cooker or hob.) The annexe also has a tv with sky + (including sky sports) and free wifi (wifi can be a bit intermittent at times-but we are working on this!) Gas centrally heated. Twin double French doors open out onto the garden. We also have a travel cot and highchair available for younger guests! The annexe is all on one level, making it ideal for guests with poorer mobility.
    We are situated 3 miles from Kings Lynn, a thriving town which has firm links in maritime history and has plenty of beautiful historic buildings surrounding the quayside. It is an ideal destination to spend some time enjoying a mix of history, shopping and entertainment in a vibrant town centre. We are also within 15 minutes of the stunning north Norfolk coast, The Queens residence at Sandringham house and Castle Rising medieval castle. Slightly further afield you can explore the RSPB wetlands at Titishall, Walsingham shrine, Peddars way, the city of Norwich and the Norfolk Broads among the many other attractions for which Norfolk is known. We are also within 2 miles of Kings Lynn golf club, one of the top 100 courses in the country. Our home is conveniently situated near the north Norfolk cycle route and also within walking distance of 2 traditional pubs, a fish and chip shop and a Tesco express.

Garden House offers charming and relaxed accommodation for eight guests set over two floors. Furnished eclectically from the Royal Collection, all the furniture and pictures were once housed in a royal residence. The functional kitchen boasts an Aga and there is a comfortable sitting room overlooking the gorgeous garden, which is ideal for relaxing. As well as the formal Walled Garden with its wonderfully stocked beds and borders in which the property sits, there is a more informal garden where you can relax in and children and dogs are safe to run and play. Within easy walking distance of the Sandringham Visitors’ Centre and the Sandringham Café & Coffee Shop (providing high quality, locally sourced menus), guests are able to enjoy a stroll around the Country Park, with over 200 hectares to enjoy in all. Children will love all the free space to roam as well as the large Adeventure Play Area. The Estate also has the Sandringham Exhibition & Transport Museum, which is home to the largest collection of Royal vehicles in any one place, including the first motor car ever owned by a member of the Royal Family.     Barn Cottage is less than 2 miles from Royal Sandringham and is centrally located to reach the towns and beautiful beaches of West and North Norfolk. The property sleeps 2 in a double bed so is ideal for a couple or single traveler. The property is on a main bus route from Kings Lynn to the coast. We have a direct route by train from London Kings Cross to Kings Lynn. We have many walks from the property and the Snettisham RSPB bird reserve is a direct route. Dersingham has local shops & pubs.
    The cottage is completely self contained as an annex to the owners property. It is bright clean and tidy, with velux windows in the 1st floor living space allowing light to flood in.
    The village has all local amenities, 2 pubs, 2 cafe's, 2 supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy, garden centre. We have a newsagents and supermarket with ATM within 5 mins walk of the property.

The village of Snettisham has lots of local amenities with shops, cafes and a great gastro pub, all within easy walking distance of the cottage. Ground Floor: Open-plan living area Sitting area The modern country cottage style seating with comfy sofa and chair and decorative cast iron fireplace creates a light and spacious atmosphere. There is an above mantle flatscreen television and separate DVD player. Kitchen/dining area Featuring a decorative bread oven, the kitchen is well equipped with larder fridge, microwave and has a porcelain sink and electric oven. The large french doors let in the light making this a lovely place to sit, eat and prepare a meal. First Floor: Stairs lead to a small landing area, built-in cupboard with iron, ironing board and vacuum Master bedroom With a king-size painted wrought iron bedstead with brass bed knobs.     Our house is a comfortable family house in a quiet residential area just north of King's Lynn with great access to the beautiful North Norfolk coast and countryside. We are not a hotel - think of it more as a stay with friends.

We are not a hotel - think of it more as a stay with friends. Ensuite double bedroom with comfortable 4'6" bed in 4 bedroomed detached house occupied by friendly professional married couple. Wi-fi internet access. Desk in bedroom Off street parking available. There is a TV/DVD and kettle in your bedroom and we provide towels. I don't make breakfast for you but you are welcome to help yourself to cereal, toast etc. We have got room on our drive if you come by car or you can park safely on the road outside the house.
    Our house is on a quiet residential road in North Wootton which is around 4 miles north of King's Lynn and is perfect if you want to spend time cycling or walking with miles of open countryside on our doorstep. The Royal Sandringham Estate is just 5 miles away with grounds, house & gardens open to the public. The coastal areas of Hunstanton through to the Burnham’s (Lord Nelsons Birthplace) are within a half hour drive. There are RSPB Reserves at Snettisham, Holme and Titchwell and for walkers Peddars Way, Dersingham Bog at Wolferton, Norfolk Coastal Path and Roydon Common Nature Reserve. Historic local places include Castle Rising Castle, Castle Acre Priory, Kings Lynn, Houghton Hall, Oxburgh Hall and Holkham Hall. Alternatively, just come to relax, unwind and eat well at some excellent local pubs.

    Perfect getaway for a couple who are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of life, enjoy eating good food, country walks, local beaches and wild life. A delightful carstone, end of terrace house in the heart of Snettisham village. Full kitchen, with slimline cooker, fridge (no freezer) and washing machine. A lovely garden to enjoy the Summer sun (when we have some!). Space for one car on the driveway and on road parking available. Sorry no pets.
    Snettisham has several award winning pubs and cafes. The Rose and Crown pub serves delicious food and The Old Bank is a lovely place for lighter meals. There's a co-op within walking distance and tasty takeaways near by. You're in easy reach of several RSBP reserves, and Snettisham beach is about 2 miles away (5 mins drive / an hours walk though lovely woods and country side). There's also a Deer park near by and you're 5 minutes drive away from the Sandringham Estate.

Feature designer wall papers by Christian Lacroix and Thibault, boutique standard bathrooms with stunning tiles, beds with award-winning Eve mattresses are dressed with high thread count bedding, and super soft Yves Delorme towels and Frette bathrobes add to the pampering experience. And little ones certainly don't miss out with their own utterly adorable play room with a pretty dolls house, a play house, play kitchen, mini piano, a selection of toys, a television and its very own 'fairy door'! The ground floor of the cottage comprises of an L-shaped sociable open plan living area incorporating a sitting/dining area with a wood burning stove, a very well-equipped fitted kitchen with french doors leading into the garden, and the children's play area. There's also a separate small snug/television room with an X-box and games, a utility room and bathroom with large walk-in shower. Upstairs there are four bedrooms - a master king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom with twin wash basin and roll top bath, a second king-size bedroom, a twin room and a charming bunk room with upholstered beds and a nautical theme - and a third bathroom. Outside the enclosed landscaped private garden features both a hot tub and gas barbecue. Great for social gatherings at lunchtime or the end of a busy day. The Malthouse really has something for everyone - families, friends and couples - all year round. You have an excellent choice of places to eat as well as fabulous local beaches to enjoy. The nearest beach, at Snettisham, is only two miles away with further coastal resorts along the Norfolk coastline all readily accessible, Dersingham also offers wonderful walking and cycling trails to explore and with Norfolk Wildlife Trust, Titchwell and Snettisham, RSPB reserves only a short distance away, birders will find plenty to keep them occupied too. Book a winter dawn walk with the warden at Snettisham reserve and witness the truly spectacular experience of the pink footed geese rise from the Wash and make the way inland for their daily feast.     Providence Cottage is a charming Victorian mid-terrace cottage, with many of the original features retained, and forms part of a row of four cottages. Perfectly located on the main road through the village of Snettisham, the cottage is close to local amenities and has easy access to pretty countryside walks. The cottage has a traditional feel with an open fire in the cosy sitting room, and a light and airy open-plan kitchen with dining area, and comfortably accommodates four people. Downstairs there is a family bathroom, and a utility room in what was the old scullery. From a latch door in the kitchen, the boxed-in Victorian staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a cast-iron double bed, an original fireplace and overlooks the cottage style garden to the rear. The twin bedroom overlooks trees at the front of the property and is ideal for both children and adults. There is a wonderful dog-friendly enclosed garden with pretty planting and seating areas. Children will love the summerhouse, where they will find plenty of garden toys to keep them entertained. Providence Cottage is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful beaches and many attractions of North West Norfolk - the RSPB Nature Reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell are close by, the Queen's residence at Sandringham House is only a short drive away and children will enjoy spending a day at Snettisham Park, a working farm on the outskirts of the village. There are two pubs in the village, one is the award-winning gastro pub The Rose and Crown, as well as a shop, tea room and restaurant. There is space at the front of the cottage for a small estate car, however there is not a dropped kerb, alternative on-street parking is available nearby.

    Owl’s Hoot is a newly created holiday let in the popular North Norfolk village of Snettisham. This modern cottage, in the heart of the village provides plenty of facilities and is equally comfortable in the winter with the wood burner lit, as it is in the summer with the door open to the enclosed garden. The accommodation is very comfortable and stylish with good attention to detail and is located down a quiet cul-de-sac road.
    Owl’s Hoot offers a comfortable and relaxed living room with wood burning stove, freeview television and fast fibre broadband internet. The Kitchen/Dining room is stylish and elegant providing comfortable seating for six. All the equipment needed for a fully self-catered stay is available including an electric hob, microwave, electric oven and fridge freezer. The dining area looks out onto a safe, secluded and enclosed back garden and patio. This is an ideal area for children to play, to enjoy the BBQ or sit and enjoy a drink. The luxurious bathroom is located downstairs and offers a bath with shower, WC and basin. Owl’s Hoot provides two quiet 1st floor bedrooms both with tasteful décor and comfortable beds. The master bedroom with a king size bed looks out over the quiet road. The second bedroom with two single beds looks over the back garden. Additional Information - Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome for a small additional fee. - One basket of logs will also be provided in winter months(Oct-beginning of Easter hols), and additional logs can be provided if required. -We are fully toddler friendly, with highchair, travel cot, plastic cutlery and stair gates available on request.

It is a short 5 minute drive to the beach and well renowned RSPB reserve famed for its migrating birds, murmurations and flocks of Pink Footed Geese. The village itself boasts 2 excellent pubs including The Victoria and The Rose and Crown (UK Pub Of The Year 2015) and the award winning Old Bank restaurant (voted UK's Best Local Restaurant in the prestigious Good Food Guide 2019) which is a relaxed and friendly place to enjoy some delicious food. There are also boutique shops including an antique book shop, art gallery and arts and crafts shop. Basic amenities are offered by a decent sized CO-OP. If there is still time after all of this then Owl’s Hoot will be the perfect base to explore further afield along the coast that boasts fantastic white sand beaches or inland to explore magnificent stately homes and nature reserves.

    Welcome to our beautiful carrstone cottage dating to about 1880 and retaining a wealth of traditional features. This is a lovely welcoming home, with many personal touches, and is conveniently situated for North and West Norfolk's many attractions. The cottage is a 3 bedroom property sleeping 5 guests with, a large living room, kitchen, downstairs W/C, dining room, main shower room and an en suite W/C in the upstairs master bedroom. There is also a stair lift leading to the first floor.
    There are 2 spaces allocated for parking in the courtyard and a private garden for guests use only. The property is equip with every home from home comfort, washing machine, dryer, and free WIFI for guest use only.
    The village is very quiet, clean and safe with excellent local pubs and a village shop a few minutes walk from the property. The cottage is central for so many interests. The cultural and literary hub of King Lynn is 7 miles away and hosts many events throughout the year and is well worth a visit. Other stately homes nearby are, Oxborough, Felbrigg, Holkham and Houghton Hall with many beautiful gardens. Nearby Walsingham is a fascinating medieval village with its 'Holy Mile' and national shrines it's unique and unspoiled. The famous Peddars Way walk covers 93 miles through the Norfolk countryside but can be joined at any point. Roydon Common is one of the country's outstanding bird watching reserves also Titchwell and Salthouse marsh are much enjoyed by bird watching enthusiasts. The cottage is 15 minutes from the coast by car there are many other local attractions to visit and enjoy. Wells next to the sea is a delightful fishing village where you can try your hand at crab fishing and take in the atmosphere.

    Happy Valley is a rural site in between the villages of Grimston and Massingham. Both of which have lovely village pubs and walks.Happy Valley backs onto Grimston Carr which is 250 acres of beautiful Norfolk Walks. Roydon common is a nature reserve just a mile out of the village alongside Grimston Warren. Houghton Hall is a short distance away as is Sandringham House. 20/25 Mins to the stunning West & North Norfolk Coast.

    Amazing local Bistro: The bank and Rose and Crown pub are part of the village, further afield the Gin Trap at Ringstead, Lighthouse at Thornham and amazing beach at old Hunstanton.

    The Potting Shed is built into the walled garden of the Fring Estate. It offers a couple the perfect getaway with a terrace in both sides getting morning and afternoon sun. The property has recently been converted and has a king bed with wet room and a kitchen living space. The afternoon terrace has an outside bath over looking the park of Fring Hall and the evening sunset. It is a magical retreat for couples to enjoy, walks through the park to the sunset mound for the last light are unmissable.
    Fring is a small village just tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. The famous Pedders way runs through the estate and all the way to the coast running past pubs and through open fields which makes a lovely day out. There are numerous footpaths to explore and bikes can be rented to go further afield. My Favorite Places I really recommend heading to the beaches and the coastal pubs – there are lots of them and they are really all within 15 mins drive. Loads of swanky pubs and amazing food – just driving along the coast road is a great way to find them and see the beaches etc… (5 miles )Brancaster Beach for long walks, also two great pubs - Jolly Sailors and White Horse in Brancaster Staithe. (8 miles) Holkham Beach for beauty, Also an amazing pub (The Victoria) along with Holkham Hall which is a Palladian Mansion. (6 miles)Burnham market – beautiful market town with Shops and a great pub – The Hoste. (4 miles) Pub; The Duck at Stanhoe – some of the best food in Norfolk but more a restaurant than pub. (3 miles) Pub; The Rose and Crown in Snettisham – UK pub of the year 2015 and my closest. There is also a nice walk around there if you want – type in Snettisham walks and you will find a map. (4 miles) Pub: The Gin Trap in Ringsted. This can be reached on foot along Pedders Way and is approximately 4 miles. Other wild beaches – Thornham + great pub the Orange Tree Holme beach Old Hunstanton Beach. Nearest shop: The Spar in Docking – open 6am-10pm everyday and can get you all your basics. The CO-OP in Snettisham. Supermarkets – Hunstanton Tescos or Dersingham CO-OP. Local country store – Bircham Country Stores (check if open)

    Newly built in 2017/2018, this 2 bedroom detached bungalow could suit most people. It is complimented with a tastefully decorated, high specification open plan living area with a 4 seater comfortable corner sofa, dining table and chairs and kitchen area finished with granite worktops and hard flooring. Also, has a large flat screen TV with freeview and WIFI access. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers, bedside tables with lamps and the second with a single bed, drawers, lamp and hanging space. Fluffy towels are supplied. It also has a sleek modern wet room, fully tiled with walk in shower, WC and sink, finished to a high standard. Outside there is a small mainly secluded courtyard area with outdoor furniture, off road parking and a shed to store bikes as well as a boiler room with washing machine and freezer.
    This is a lovely area with friendly neighbours. We also live in the village so can visit if needed.

    Set in beautiful Fir and Beech woodland on a Norfolk Wildlife Trust site. Happy Valley also joins over 200 acres of Heath Woodland which is full of public footpaths perfect for walks and biking. Situated close to Sandringham and the Norfolk Coast Happy Valley is a beautiful part of the county in North West Norfolk. There's an open fire for winter and a lovely courtyard garden for summer. There's sun all afternoon and into the evening for alfresco dining and BBQ's. In a pretty, traditional Norfolk village with an award winning Gastro pub and restaurant, local shop, unspoilt beach, woods, coastal nature reserve, and RSPB bird reserve.
    Very spacious and bright cottage with enclosed courtyard garden, accessed through both front and rear doors. The bedroom is extremely comfortable and spacious and the bathroom is upstairs. There's gas central heating and instant hot water. Downstairs there's a comfortable living room with flat screen TV, including freeview and DVD. A large well equipped open plan kitchen/diner with french windows onto the garden. There's lots of local information to help you get the most out of this beautiful part of the Norfolk Coast.
    The village boasts an award winning gastro pub, The Rose and Crown and a wonderful local restaurant, The Old Bank (recent winner of The Good Food Guide Best Local Restaurant), and a fish & chip shop. It has a CO-OP, open everyday from 7am to 11pm. The village is on the bus route from King's Lynn to Hunstanton, where you can pick up the Coasthopper. There's lots of great dog walks nearby, including some field walks within a couple of minutes of the cottage. There's plenty of parking close to the cottage but no designated parking space.

    Escape to the truly gorgeous Gardener's Cottage, set in a beautiful and very peaceful rural location within its own private walled garden, within the parkland and grounds of Fring Hall. Just a short drive to Brancaster beach and sleeping up to ten guests, its a fabulous cottage for group gatherings or families wanting to spend quality time together. Built in the 1800’s, Gardener's Cottage was originally lived in by the gardener who tended the two acre Fring Estate grounds. The house was completely renovated and restored back in 2015 - a welcoming, large and bright entrance hall provides the perfect space for your wellies, umbrellas, picnic baskets and dog beds, before stepping into the fabulous open-plan kitchen and living space. Throw open the large bi-fold doors which span half the length down one side for a spectacular 'bringing the outside in' ambiance - leading onto the terrace set within a smaller walled garden. Beyond the handy ground floor cloakroom, a spacious ground floor bedroom accommodates for a little extra privacy, whilst the remaining three beautiful bedrooms (equally as capacious) are located on the first floor - all with beautifully exposed wooden floorboards. Both the modern family bathroom and the en suite boast a bath and separate walk-in shower. The private courtyard allows you to enjoy the formal garden in privacy during your stay. You can also book bikes and make use of the tennis court and outdoor heating swimming pool (available from 1st May 2020). And of course, you are only 10 minutes’ drive from the nearest pub and shop and Brancaster beach.With some beautiful country walks right on your doorstep too, you will fall in love with the serenity and special location this property sits in. Gardener's Cottage can also be booked in conjunction with Park Cottage for larger parties. Together they are called the Cottages in the Walled Gardens. Plus there is also a romantic Little Potting Shed set into the Walled Garden which offers a romantic hideaway setting, perfect for lovebirds wanting quiet time together. Additional Information The parkland outside the walled garden and behind fences is private. Bike rental is available by arrangement with the owner and offers you a great option for exploring the local area both on road or trail. With mountain bikes and road bikes to choose from as well as children’s bikes and trailers this is a great opportunity not to have to pack and bring them with you. Details of how to pre-book your bikes will be contained in the arrival guide. Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). The bedding is feather.     You are invited to come and relax in our and recently renovated three bedroom wooden beach house. Approached by a long bumpy track, in a private road leading to Snettisham beach and a bird reserve is this rustic and charming wooden beach house. This little gem sits in an idyllic spot nestled between a natural salt water lake and the beach. The sea-facing views from the fenced and canopied decked area at the front of the property are spectacular and ever changing with the tides.
    The Beach House: - Approached by a long, bumpy track is our charming, rustic wooden beach house. In an idyllic spot nestled between a natural salt water lake and the beach, this little gem offers spectacular sea views. The quirky property has recently been lovingly renovated and is a cosy and inviting retreat. Eco-Friendly, powered by solar panels and a wind turbine, the property is heated by two wood burning stoves. In the winter months it is not for the faint hearted- on a still day with daylight short, it may lose its battery power, so candles and lanterns are provided and your fridge may become a cool box on the patio! During the summer months when sun and daylight are plentiful, the batteries remain fully charged and the house full of power. On the lake edge, the house boasts two jetty's, one with a moored dinghy and the other with a furnished eating area. There is also a BBQ and a small outdoor wood burning stove for chilly evenings. The sea facing canopied and fenced decking area is furnished for outdoor dining. A Lloyd Loom sofa and antique bench and table are positioned to sit and watch the ever changing tides; countless species of wildlife and beautiful sunsets. The house is dog friendly with many and varied walks. Connected to an outside wall is a shower with three Butler sinks to wash down muddy dogs and children after a day on the beach. The property has one double, one twin and one single bedroom, easily sleeping five. There is also a double sofa bed in the day room. Plantation shutters are fitted to all the windows. The sea facing sitting room has a wooden table and bench seating; a 3 seater sofa and other extra seating. The bespoke kitchen has bi-folding doors opening up onto a small walled and gated patio area, with fabulous lake views. Also leading off the kitchen is the day room. There is a shower room with WC and basin. With a bird reserve and sailing club close by and great coastal walks, the area is totally unspoilt and surrounded by nature: Oyster catchers, seals, wild geese, ducks, countless murmurations and blackberry's growing in abundance. A peaceful paradise, perfect for children and dogs and ideal for the adventurous at heart. If you long walks in wellies, with wet dogs, and messing about in boats, the Beach House is for you.
    Snettisham is a quaint village situated beautifully at the gateway to North Norfolk. Whatever the season North Norfolk offers miles of un-spoilt coastline, important nature reserves boasting amazing wildlife. The Beach house is an ideal location for coastal walks, bike riding , sailing and enjoying the beautiful tranquillity of the local wildlife and bird reserve. There are an abundance of places to dine locally. For a special dining occasion or a mouthwatering Sunday lunch there is ‘The Old Bank’ in Snettisham Village. It is a Michelin star family run bistro and is child and dog friendly. The restaurant was named 'Best Local Restaurant 2019' for the whole of Britain and is listed in the Michelin guide. The Rose & Crown pub in Snettisham is a quaint and charming local village pub and is also child and dog friendly with open fires and beautiful characteristic charm. The food combines traditional pub style food with dishes from exotic shores using as much local produce as is available. The pub boasts the new award "The Good Pub Guide 2020". If your exhausted from plenty of fresh sea air and walks you can also stop in the pub and order from their takeaway menu. The neighbourhood has a very popular fish and chip shop that is open during the seasonal period and is just a short walk from the house. For any other supplies there is also an onsite seasonal store. The local Co-op in Dersingham is very well stocked and has a fantastic range of homemade ready made meals from the 'Cook' range and an extensive selection of fine wines. In nearby Thornam is the Lifeboat Inn, a beautiful pub and restaurant originating from the sixteenth century steeped in history with open cosy fires and deep comfy sofas. Snettisham nature reserve is a 10 minute walk from the Beach House. Snettisham Park is also close by which is a busy working farm with over 60 hinds and stags, Lambs are born in the barns from February through to April and you can bottle feed the babies from March. Thornham boasts Drove Orchards farm shop, set in over 350 acres of orchards offering seasonal produce and a range of pressed on site juices. At Drove Orchards you can find delightful retail and boutique shops offering a variety of goodies from the Scandinavian designer boutique Nelle DK to the renowned Gurneys Fish shop and smokehouse, Bells and Whistles children's clothing and gifts as well as the award-winning Shuck's restaurant and 'The National Fish & Chip 2018' award winners Eric's Fish & Chips. On the doorstep is Titchwell Marsh RSPB offering an all year round haven to the wildlife. Keen golfers can enjoy championship link courses and the local sailing club offers sailing lessons to keep little ones occupied. A few miles from Snettisham is Sandringham, as well as visiting the Sandringham estate there are always plenty of events and shows to attend, its well worth visiting the various 'Whats on' websites prior to your visit. The breathtaking sunsets at Hunstanton are a must, nicknamed Sunny Hunny its 40 miles of coastal path offers stunning views for dog walks and family rambles. Just 3 miles from Snettisham and South of Hunstanton is Norfolk Lavender a historical centre offering tours of the fields along with a plethora of gift items to take home as souvenirs. A little further along the coast offering everything from the best in Arts and Entertainment to crabbing and sailing is Wells-Next-The-Sea. Burnham Market is near by, nicknamed Chelsea on the Sea due to its high end feel, boasting Georgian buildings, Creake Abbey and its own contemporary gallery. The Brancaster Estate part of the National trust offers amazing dog walks and the area is famous for its Norfolk Blue mussels. Brancaster beach has easy parking (although be aware it is prone to flooding during high tide). Over in Holkham you can visit the nature reserve or wander around Holkham Hall the 18th Century home of the Earl of Leicester which is open during the summer months. Whatever time of year you plan your visit it is worth taking a boat trip to take advantage of the wildlife and seals on Blakeney point. The various breeds of seals will birth their pups from June through to August then again in November and December so Christmas is a perfect time to visit wrapped up warm.
