Bedroom and lounge room furniture has been upgraded since photos were taken. Bike available to borrow.
Attractive, very reasonably priced, peaceful and quiet first floor apartment. One queen size bed in one bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds, accommodating up to four people. Travel cot with bedding and some baby equipment and toys available on request. Lounge with dining area with TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker (please note some furniture has been upgraded since photos were taken}. Separate study area, excellently equipped kitchen and bathroom with washer and drier separate.
Shenton Park has a friendly atmosphere - everything is close by, there are parks, cafes and tree-lined streets, it's a well regarded area and very safe. There is a 'state of the art' childrens' playground two minutes walk away, in a park which also contains a lake which at certain times of year abounds in bird life, black swans, egrets, pelicans, ibis and numerous ducks and you might even see a long-necked tortoise there! Shenton Village shops are 10 minutes walk across the park, supermarket open 24/7. Bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy, post office etc here too. Subiaco is very close by with its vibrant weekend markets, cafes, theatres, boutique shops and night life.

O apartamento era muito limpo, moderno e arrumado com tudo que você poderia precisar para uma estadia em família, e foi adorável ver o extra extra que Jonathon havia deixado como bem vindo aos seus convidados. Ele está situado em uma área encantadora com um ótimo parque infantil ao virar da esquina e lojas próximas. Estava a uma curta caminhada da estação ferroviária local, o que tornou a explorar Perth ainda mais fácil. Eu recomendo o lugar de Jonathan e definitivamente retornarei ...   • Jonathan é um anfitrião muito gentil e muito fácil de falar. O anfitrião está vivendo descendo escadas, mas nós tínhamos área privada no andar de cima por nós mesmos, então a nossa estadia foi muito confortável. No andar de cima era espaçoso e limpo e moderno. Close to a cute cafe and restaurant strip, ten minute walk to shops and nightlife in trendy Subiaco. Very close to buses that will get you to Perth city in 10 minutes. Subiaco is a beautiful, trendy area filled with trendy shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Streets are tree lined and a perfect spot for you to enjoy Perth.

The closest liquor store and deli is a minute walk away to pick up any essential items. In Subiaco town centre you will find late night grocery stores for fresh food or convenient pre-made reheat-able meals. Sight seeing is just down the road with the edge of The iconic Kings Park only a few hundred meters away. The Moonlight cinema at the Synergy Parkland (there are public BBQ's here too) in Kings Park is a 10 minute walk away (this runs in Summer and I might be able to get you a cheap ticket). There are plenty of paths to find if you want to go for a walk or run. There are 3 bus routes that services the area that will get you to Perth city within 10 minutes. These bus routes also connect with historic Fremantle and Claremont, other shopping and nightlife districts. The closest train station is a 15 minute walk away which also connect with these areas but also to Cottesloe, home to one of Perth's premier beachfronts. One bus route will also take you into Subiaco town centre or to the University of Western Australia and Perths magnificent Swan River.

  • Eu achei o lugar de Louis para ser muito limpo, tinha tudo o que eu precisava incluindo uma enorme tv e muitos travesseiros em uma cama confortável. O transporte público estava perto, praticamente na porta. É apenas uma curta caminhada de um shopping center para comprar mantimentos e há um café agradável no final da estrada com uma boa selecção af refeições a um preço razoável. Eu encontrei Louis e sua esposa para ser muito simpática e prestativa. Eu tive uma excelente estadia no lugar de Louis e com certeza gostaria de ficar aqui novamente se eu voltar a Perth.     An unusual and artistic space with 2 bedrooms each with a luxury kingsize bed. Bedroom upstairs is a large, open-plan, very spacious mezzanine area with raked timber ceiling, AC and ceiling fans and four-poster bed with King Coil mattress, and the downstairs bedroom is lockable and cosy with timber ceiling, AC and ceiling fans , and the KS mattress is a superb Tempur memory foam. In the rear mezzanine area at the rear of the house, is a super-comfy QS sofa bed (also with superior memory foam mattress), which can accommodate two more guests in the rear mezzanine living room with ease. This stunning two-storey loft home is designed by acclaimed architect Brian Klopper, featuring Italian marmorino walls, vintage recycled bricks, exposed iron-work, lots of timber, travertine floors in living areas and bathrooms, stained glass windows, all surrounded by greenery in a quiet, leafy street. Brilliantly located! It's an easy walk to a friendly, village-style shopping centre and strip with all of the flowing services: - IGA supermarket - late night pharmacy, optician, medical laboratory suite - post office - hairdresser - ladies' boutiques x 2 - florist - beautician - 4 really lovely cafes, including 2 bakeries - award-winning pizzeria (Tues and Wed are discount nights!) - Turkish take-away café - Kiri Japanese restaurant - La Petit Mort modern fine dining - Galileo's Italian fine dining and you'll also find an antiques shop, medical practice and more. Public transport is also a short walk away for rail and buses. The magnificent King's Park, the University of Western Australia and the QEII Medical Centre are all within easy (ten minutes) walking distance - saving you considerable parking fees if your business is there. The CBD is an 10-minute drive and easily accessed by public transport. Our kitchen is well-equipped inc. dishwasher, slow cooker, blender, cake mixer, juicer, and all baking requirements.     Brilliantly located, Shenton Park is one of Perth's older suburbs, with quiet, leafy, tree-lined streets close to all amenities, cafes, shops, public transport and many lovely parklands all within easy walking distance of the house. Located close to Perth's major teaching hospital (QEII), and the University of Western Australia with its lovely grounds, open to the public, and an outdoor international film festival in the summer months: (URL HIDDEN) with catering and picnicking facilities in the pine grove auditorium. King's Park, with its botanic gardens, restaurants, playgrounds, bush walk trails, and state memorials is a major tourist attraction and a delightful place to walk to (15 minutes walk to the park, with the Zamia Café an excellent café just inside the park), and from here you can even walk directly into the city of Perth. King's Park also hosts an outdoor cinema near the Zamia cafe in the summer months. The local shopping centre has all amenities, including ATM, and is just 8 minutes walk away. Perth's beautiful beaches , City and Floreat re just 15 minutes' drive, and further along are Leighton, Scarborough (for surfing) and the Whitfords Beach Marina.

    Our quaint cottage has a bedroom upstairs and a lounge/dining/kitchen and newly renovated bathroom downstairs. It has a beautiful shady private courtyard situated at the back of the property. There is dedicated free off-street parking for our guests at the front of the property and a private entrance into the back lane.
    Please note that the stairs are quite steep. There is a queensize bed upstairs and a double bed is available too. We can arrange a single mattress if you need one and there is a new sofa bed in the lounge. There is a cot available for a baby. There is air-conditioning and wi-fi is provided free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas top stove, electric oven and microwave. There is a washing machine and iron and ironing board are available. A coffee machine with pods provided is available for your use. There is an air-printer downstairs for you to use. Fresh linen and towels are provided. There are 2 bikes for your use. A new barbecue is available in the courtyard.
    The cottage is in a quiet leafy street in the old part of Subiaco which is one of the closest residential areas to the Perth CBD and all its major attractions. It is close to the major hospitals including Princess Margaret Children's Hospital, King Edward. Sir Charles Gairdner and St John of God. King's Park with its cycle and walking paths is a 10 minute walk from the cottage as is Rokeby Road which has numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. Nearby smaller parks include Subiaco Theatre Gardens, Lake Jualbup (Shenton Park Lake) and Rosalie Park. The Region The city of Perth is known as one of the most isolated in the world, mainly due to the sheer size of this beautiful country of ours, Australia. This isolation ensures we have some of the most pristine landscape in the world. Our multitude of endless white sandy beaches are a truly wonderful way to see us at our best, and only a 15 minute drive from the centre of the city. Perth is situated on a large expanse of river land called the Swan River, which meanders comfortably inland from the historic port city of Fremantle. Perth City itself is situated some 15 kms upstream from Fremantle and the river then continues it's way up through our beautiful Swan Valley, complete with it's vibrant wine industry, and then into the picturesque Perth hills area.

Located 4.1 km from Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, 5 km from Claremont Showground, and 5 km from Perth Concert Hall. Near University of Western Australia (30 min on foot or 10 min by bus).
    This complex has security gates and is located in a good neighbourhood of Perth. The apartment if facing the swimming pool and has no traffic noise. The apartment is on the second floor, and there are no lifts, so best for guests with good mobility. The laundry is shared and it costs 4 AUD for one wash or one dry. The flat does NOT have air conditioning. It has one small portable fan and heaters in winter. Note that if you use the sofa bed for a 3rd person, this person will not be able to have the fan at the same time as those in the main bed (King size). Because you can open the windows facing North and the windows and door facing South, there is often a breeze going through the flat. The security gate is open with a token which costs AUD 100 to replace, so do not lose it!
    Shenton Park is one of the best suburbs of Perth. It is quiet. The complex is over the road to a dog/sports park and very close to Kings Park (300m). There is footpath to walk or cycle to the University of Western Australia. There are shops 5 minutes away on foot (supermarket, cafes, pharmacy, pizza takeway, Japanese restaurant, kebab shop, cosmetic shop, bottle shop, clothes shop and 2 bakeries.

    This comfortable, ground floor studio is situated in a leafy, quiet street in this sort after, inner city suburb. Amenities include; Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, BBQ, kitchenette, outdoor area, off-street parking. The Perth CBD, Kings Park, University of Western Australia, hospitals, beaches, the Swan River are within easy reach. Train stations and bus stops are close by for destinations all over Perth. Shenton Park and neighbouring Subiaco are a hub for excellent restaurants and shops.
    We are very proud of our 'Studio'. It has a 'home from home' appeal and is very clean and tidy. It is a separate and self-contained unit at the rear of our property. Access is either from the street or the rear lane way. The space is roomy and comfortable, comprising a bedroom area with queen-size bed, a kitchenette and cupboard space and a bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet. National and some international TV channels are also available. There is also a pleasant, private, outdoor, covered veranda area with a barbeque (BBQ).
    Colin and Cilla's property is in the popular and sort-after suburb of Shenton Park and, we think, one of the prettiest areas of Perth. We have beautiful tree-lined streets and plenty of parks and open spaces. The area is known for its relaxed lifestyle with easy access to Kings Park and beautiful bush walks. However there is no shortage of excellent cafes, restaurants, shops and theatres. There are good supermarkets close by as well.

    WELCOME TO THE BEACHSIDE PAD - FANTASTIC LOCATION, SAFE & COSY - JUST BRING YOUR TOOTHBRUSH AND HOPEFULLY SOME CLOTHES! ENTRANCE There is a lockbox which I will provide the code for closer to the date. The entrance is inside the external jarrah gates which are generally kept locked. The gates to your property, private courtyard and deck are as able to be shut if you choose. The apartment has a dead lock and normal lock. No guests that I know of have used the deadlock because it is very safe and all the neighbours are lovely. The key opens both locks. The entrance doors have parliament hinges which open all the way out so you get the feeling of inside / outside living. COURTYARD Make yourself at home in your private courtyard and deck area. The courtyard has a great day bed to lounge on or read a book, a table and chairs if you feel like eating outside, and a bench seat on the deck if you fancy a wine or a coffee while you watch some of the amazing sunset colours Western Australia provides. KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM As you can see from the pictures, there are gorgeous jarrah floorboards through the kitchen / living room & separate bedroom. Great if you are a beach goer like me. Easy to clean and also much more hygienic than carpet. All essential crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking appliances, sandwich press, toaster, kettle, lean mean grilling machine & basic cleaning products are provided. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the kitchen, situated so it can reach the bedroom if you leave the French bedroom doors open. The Lounge / DayBed is rather oversized for the room, but it allows for an extra guest if necessary. There is a new King Single Mattress on there with a mattress protector and sheet cover, with a throw for comfort. All items are washed in between guests. The stove is gas cooktop, electric ignition & the kitchen is equipped with crockery, glasses, pots, pans, cutlery etc. TV The TV is mounted to the wall and a smart TV so you can log into your Netflix, Stan or other subscription TV. WASHING MACHINE / IRON / IRONING BOARD The washing machine is a front loader and fairly self-explanatory. There are pegs and washing powder in the cupboard next to the stove and the washing line next to the DayBed in the courtyard. BATHROOM There is a combination shower / bath. The shower height can be adjusted. There are spare toilet rolls in the silver container across from the toilet. Please let me know if you run out. There is a hairdryer in the top drawer or the bathroom cabinet. There is bleach and a toilet brush, along with odour freshener if required. Bathroom linen is also supplied. Let me know if you require beach towels. The bin is next to the toilet. BEDROOM The bedroom is completely separate to the lounge / living room, although the French doors can be opened up if you desire, There is a king sized bed and double, mirror glass wardrobe. All the bedding is washed in between guests, including the quilts, mattress protectors etc. There is also an electric blanket. That can be used on just one side or both sides if you wish. The day bed has proven more than suitable for a 3rd guest and you are more than welcome to bring your infant, although I don’t have a port-a-cot at this stage. PARKING Because it is a corner block there is plenty of parking. You can either park in the on the verge or in the driveway. PETS CONSIDERED Just let me know about your pet. I have a dog in the main yard and your furry friends are welcome to enjoy that space too, or else stick to their gated courtyard. Olly is my 10 year old faithful hound. There is a picture of him in the photos so you can tell he is very chilled. He is very gentle and gets on well with other dogs. He also used to live in total harmony with my chickens when I had him. There are also fantastic dog beaches and parks in the area of which we regularly frequent. INTERNET The WIFI is mostly great. Occasionally there are a few black spots but more than capable of streaming TV and great if you are travelling for work. BBQ The BBQ is on the main deck if you wish to use it. It is connected to town gas so feel free to make yourself at home on the main deck. TRANSPORT – You really don’t need a car. The 990 Bus runs very regularly to Scarborough Beach and also to Perth City, with the option of getting on the train at Glendalough Train Station for two stops into the City. You can also easily get to Fremantle & Joondalup. Just download the Transperth App. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS - Beach, Scarborough Beach is about a 1.5km walk or else the 990 Bus will take you straight down. There is a great skate park, an Olympic size pool, not to mention the gorgeous blue ocean and white sand. There are gorgeous coast walks and great cafes and restaurants. I’ll recommend some when you book.

Anne's loft is a spectacular construction both modern and industrial in its design, yet superbly functional and comfortable at the same time. There is plenty of space to store your bike or a pram before heading upstairs to the loft. We call it a loft but in actual fact it is your very own 30sqm of stylishly designed space. There is the comfiest King Size bed with quality bedlinen for the best nights sleep, dining space for up to 4, room to work, and a kitchenette with everything you need to store your food and prepare light meals.     You won’t find a better location as this may be the ONLY apartment building on either Barrack or Murray Street - the ❤️ of CBD. Right across the street from main Perth train station. The apartment is on a top floor - you can tell by the photo off your balcony. Northbridge is THE BEST of Perth! There is no TV or radio in this apartment because we like to be out and about enjoying the people and culture of what is the best of Australia, especially the gay and lesbian scene as this household is!
    The place is nearly brand new. You can use everything in the common areas. Just please return the electronic key we give you or you forfeit the deposit (that’s really how much that dang key costs!) The apartment itself is surprisingly twice as large as a normal CBD apartment so you will be pleased. It is in a hotel building. The first 9 floors are hotel rooms and then floors 10-15 above that in the same hotel building are classy, Art Deco apartments. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

  • Que delícia foi ficar nesta linda casa histórica, todo interior branco, madeira quente e piso de ardósia duas lareiras para manter uma garrafa de água quente e até quente. Tivemos 4 dias adoráveis aqui e o contato do início ao fim foi excelente. No momento em que entramos pela porta do rádio tocando silenciosamente, o calor do lugar nos fez sentir muito em casa e não querendo sair. Nada foi demais, Peter e Roland viram quase todas as coisas que você poderia precisar em um Airbnb e nada supera um café da manhã sob a varanda, nas aconchegantes salas de cana. Eles também acomodaram facilmente meus pais no último minuto no adorável estúdio logo atrás da casa. Definitivamente vou ficar aqui novamente e recomendo a ninguém.     This is a cosy, stylish spot in a quiet area just west of Subiaco. A 2 minute walk to Daglish Station will have you on the train to either Perth (7 min) or Fremantle. Bus and cycleway are also close by. It is a small place, but has everything you need, and only a ten minute drive from beautiful City Beach. Close to Subiaco and four major hospitals. Nearby is a large park, Cliff Sadlier Reserve, with several smaller ones even closer. We are also just a few km from Kings Park and University of WA.
    You will usually be provided with fresh home grown eggs (most of the year, depending on the chooks!) Sometimes I supply surplus fruit or veges especially if I know they'll be used.
    Beautiful leafy streets and older style homes are typical of Daglish and Subiaco, which is home to some stylish cafes, bars and shops

    Shenton Park is right in the heart of Perth's western suburbs, with quiet leafy green streets and suburban houses. Great suburb with access to many restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, and beautiful attractions to keep you busy. One of my favourite things to do on the weekend is brunch at the local cafes.. I'm a real foodie and happy to offer up some local knowledge! The apartment is in a safe neighborhood so you can walk around anytime during the day or night. If you're looking for clean and affordable, book now! Rosalie Park is around the corner, great for the kids or a run around the park, as is Onslow Park Tennis Club. Kings Park is the ultimate location for walking and jogging, with beautiful tracks through native forests, and spectacular city and river views. Jacobs Ladder is a must, but not for the faint hearted! Alternatively if it is a gym you are after, Fuller Fitness, is just down Rokeby Rd in Subiaco. If shopping is more your scene (and I'm happy to offer advice here too!), there is plenty to choose from! Shenton Park Shopping Centre is a 5 minute walk and includes an IGA Supermarket, boutique Bottle Shop, Pharmacy, Bakery, speciality fashion and gift stores and a Newsagency.     My beautiful garden will welcome you and my home is large. There are two outdoor areas where you can enjoy the flowers. Shenton Park is close to everything. I am close to 4 hospitals SCGH, the new Children's hospital, KEMH and Hollywood Private as well as the University of WA. King's Park and the Swan River are just a short walk away. There are restaurants, cafés, a bank, post office, chemist, bakery and supermarket all within a 5 minute walk. Bus no. 24, 25 and 97 are at the door and the Fremantle to Perth rail line 10 mins away. Subiaco is a handy 20 minute walk or the 97 bus is at the door will take you from the university via the hospitals to Subiaco by my home. The convenience to everything is why I live here.
    I adore the centrality of it all.....being able to walk pretty much everywhere I want to go in under half an hour. Beautiful Kings park is a mere 5 minutes walk from my home and the Swan river would take you 15 minutes. Both these places are lovely places for a picnic. Lake Jualbup which is pictured is in the next street. Facilities in the area Walk 5 minutes from my home and you will find almost everything you could want. You can find restaurants, hairdressers, a pharmacy, bakery and grocery store with alcohol shop next door, as well as a post office. You can also get a kebab or Pizza. A casa em si é agradável, mas sem ar condicionado, não foi um problema para mim, mas pode ser um problema se você visitar no auge do verão. Fora isso, fiquei feliz com a minha estadia.

    The apartment is very close to the Kings Park, and also very close to the city. The Kings Park has lots to offer for its guests. It is rich in Aboriginal and European history, contemporary culture and offers innovative design, displays and services. Kings Park also has an international reputation for scientific research and conservation. You will be able to spot over 3000 different species of the State's unique flora! The apartment is also only a street away from the Jacob's Ladder which will lead you out to the Mounts Bay road. You will spot lots of locals exercising on the series of stairs, as it has a beautiful view not many other stairs can offer. Once you make it down the stairs, then you can go for a stroll along Mounts Bay Rd with the Swan river to your side, and watch baby ducklings marching together (or perhaps running away from you) with their mum. You can usually spot black swans there too, a large waterbird that is also Western Australia's official bird emblem. Lastly, the Perth city is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. Once you pass the foot bridge that is right next to the entrance to the apartment, you will be led onto St George's Terrace and Milligan Street. There are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants on those streets (especially St George's Terrace) and most of them are locally owned with their own unique styles and vibes. If you would like to explore the heart of the Perth CBD then it is only a couple of blocks away from St George's terrace as well.

    My modern apartment is yours to enjoy...I am hoping you will feel like it’s a “home away from home”. You’ll have a private, comfortable double room with hanging space & drawers. Then you’ll share the spacious bathroom and modern kitchen & living space with myself. Between work & my personal life I’m out quite a lot, so there is a good chance you’ll have the place to yourself occasionally. Please note that because I do work I request “quiet time” between 10pm-6am...which of course I will extend to you as well.
    Shenton Park has a lovely village feel, whilst being very central...the only thing between my apartment and the CBD is Kings Park! It’s walking distance to UWA, SCGH and PCH, and a 10min bus ride to the CBD. It’s also only a 10min drive to my personal favourite...Cottesloe Beach! The shopping centre on the next block has a 24hour supermarket, plus a chemist & bottle shop. There are several restaurants and bakeries nearby, and Subiaco is nearby with even more options. UberEats increases your options even more!
