Cozy townhouse in a cottage like neighborhood. Located 10 mins from downtown. Only a few minute drive to LSUS, restaurants, and shopping. You will have access to the pool and one covered assigned parking spot. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, one room has TV. You will also have access to the washer and dryer which is located upstairs in the indoor balcony area. There is no cable, though we do offer WIFI internet and Roku TV w/Netflix and local.
You will access to the entire townhouse.
My townhouse is located in a safe town home community which has a very unique cottage like feel.

It has everything you need to stay. It has gas heaters and window units for air. Its about 750 sq ft and really comfortable. Convenient to everything bc it is centrally located in the Historic Highland neighborhood.
Includes Coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dining room, living room, bedroom with a queen bed, tv with an xbox and lots of games, board games, bathroom with a tub/shower combo, utility room with a washer and dryer.

As a flight attendant, the most important things to me (outside of location) is a comfortable bed, big plush towels and a good TV! It was important to me to provide these things, and come as close to the Heavenly Beds of the Wyndham hotels as I could, and I think I came pretty close! I can't provide a beach or a Broadway show, but that'll be ok, you won't want to leave your room anyway!
South Highland is such a great place! Most the houses were built around 100 years ago and are now updated, upscale homes! We are a two blocks from mall St. Vincent, Shreveport's quaint shopping mall with Great shopping and Grimaldi's Pizzeria (yum)
Less than a mile from I-20 and I-49, it's easy to get anywhere quick from here!

This is a Cross Lake cabin that we renovated from an old catfish restaurant built in the early 1930's. We call it the RED HOUSE. There are three cabins on the property that we also use for visiting family and friends. We live on the property behind the houses and we all use the property and pier. Guest also have use of the pier/boat house.
The house is at the end of the road on the lake. Although family also uses the property the cabin is quiet and private with a great view of the open lake.
Bedroom has one king bed and a coach. Living area has one large and one small couch. Satelite TV (2). Full kitchen. Laundry. On open lake with boat house and pier.

Our home is located in the Historic Fairfield District and is minutes away from downtown, food, shopping, and casinos, and LSU hospital. The private space is large and charming - with a king size mattress, table, and 55” TV.
Whether you need to stay the weekend or long-term, we hope you will give us the opportunity to be your hosts for your stay in Shreveport.
This charming attic suite is located on the 3rd floor of our home. It is a large, spacious room with a king bed, 55” smart TV, coffee maker, loveseat, table & chairs, breakfast nook, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The TV includes built in Google Chromecast and Apple AirPlay 2, along with various apps to log into for streaming services.
Your private bathroom will include plenty of towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and wash cloths. There is a large closet with hangers, an iron/ironing board, and a standing fan for you to use during your stay. There is a lot of natural light including a sky light with adjustable shade and multiple windows with curtains for privacy.
You will also have shared access to our kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, and backyard patio area. Feel free to use any pots/pans, utensils, and appliances you may need.
Our home is 3/4 of a mile from LSU-Oshner hospital system, which makes the location great for student interviewing, traveling nurses, temporary students, or anyone working/studying at the health center. We welcome long term guests and we are both in the healthcare field as well. The house is also located less than half a mile from various wedding venues including Fairfield Manor, Gazebo at Fairfield Gardens, Slattery Mansion, and Events at Boulevard.
We live a half mile away from Columbia Park and Mall of St. Vincent, and within one mile of many restaurants including Julianne’s Bakery, Fat Calf Brasserie, Glenwood Tea Room, Raising Cane’s Chicken, fast food, and Brookshire’s grocery store. The home is within three miles of other great places including Norton Art Gallery & Gardens, Betty Virginia Park, Marilynn’s Place, Pepito's Cantina, Superior Bar & Grill, Real BBQ, Superior Steak House, and Oyster Bar. Downtown, casinos, Boardwalk outlet mall, and convention center are about 10 minutes away by car. We are more than happy to provide recommendations of things to do or places to eat.

The queen size bed is very comfortable and comes with a mattress topper that you may take off if you prefer a firmer bed. The bedroom includes a desk, nightstand, lamp, smart TV (access to Netflix, Amazon Prime), and ceiling fan. The closet has hangers to hang your belongs during your stay, as well as a iron and ironing board. There is also an extra fan in the closet.
Your private bathroom includes the basic amenities including plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and wash cloths.
As a guest you will have access to the kitchen and any pots/pans, utensils, appliances you may need. A coffee bar is also included. You will also have access to the living room that includes a smart TV, couch, recliner, and coffee table.
The neighborhood is just 15 minutes from LSU-Ochsner, so this space is great for traveling nurses, temporary students, or anyone working/studying at the health center. I have had numerous long term guest who work/study there and thoroughly enjoy hosting them and defiantly willing to work with anyone who is looking to stay long term for any reason.

You truly get the best of both worlds with this space as it’s located just minutes from the city but also being far enough away to escape the traffic and busyness that the city also brings. Closet with hangers and a dresser that doubles as a luggage rack.

You’re free to hang outside all you want! We have a table with umbrella at the top of your staircase with battery powered twinkle lights and a patio set with fire table under the carport.
Our pets (we have a zoo 3 cats 1 dog) are incredibly friendly. The dog, Cowboy, usually only goes outside with me (unless he’s in trouble).

The treehouse has an open concept living area with a queen bed, claw foot tub and equipped kitchenette, with countertop oven/toaster, microwave, coffee pot, electric skillet, refrigerator and sink. It accommodates two adults, no children or pets. Two night minimum stay, no exceptions.
A Treehouse surrounded by water on a gated 2 acre lot. The perfect couples retreat, children under 16 are not accepted as guests, due to safety. The driveway is gravel and shared with neighbors, children and pets. Slow and cautious driving is required.
This neighborhood is on an island in Cross Lake which is private and secure and gives guests the option for walking within the island.

We are very centrally located, get to most places in Shreveport in 15 mins or less! Our home and neighborhood are older but come with a lot of charm and character! Be sure to say hi to our pets, Chloe (dog) and Pepper (cat). They aren’t allowed in the guest bedroom but feel free to love on them anywhere else!
An older neighborhood but very tight-knit community! Walk to Ki Mexico, Marilynn’s Place, Ono’s Hawaiian BBQ, Counter Culture, Lowder’s Bakery, or Johnny’s pizza for a few local favorite places to eat. Drive a few blocks over for antique shopping and Mall St. Vincent. Check out the binder in the nightstand for more info!

Located on just over an acre of a historic 1903 Foursquare Craftsman remodel. The cozy, barn-partment is "just the right size" and is appointed in a subtle and tasteful mid-century aesthetic - stocked with all the amenities you'll need, and even some you may not have thought of!
Minutes (driving) from downtown - the "Barn-Partment" @ Jardin De LaRue is surrounded by nearly a dozen mature Crepe Myrtles and in the center of the "Street Garden" is the LARGEST residential Crepe Myrtle in the state of Louisiana. You couldn't find a better location without being right directly downtown. Our tucked back alley provides all the safety, quiet and peace you wouldn't find if you stayed at the Boardwalk or a downtown hotel/bnb. I make a habit of finding little unique touches and details to personalize your experience and tailor your stay to ensure a memorable time while you are exploring the Red River cities!
Please ask me any questions you may have prior to your stay so that I can attempt to make every reasonable accommodation to meet or exceed your expectations. PLEASE do know that I am attempting to provide a quality experience at an exceptional value. Please remember that you are in Louisiana, and will be on a decent sized piece of property in a close-to-downtown, urban, semi-commercial block. Though the yard, and buildings are treated for pests and we make every reasonable effort to prevent "unwanted multi-legged guests" - occasional spiders, waterbugs and ants WILL find food and shelter on hot, wet days. The barn-partment is CONNECTED to another of my Air BNB spaces called the Barn-Loft. The Barn-Loft is a replica experience of a primitive country space. The Barn-partment is NOT part of the Barn itself though it is attached and laundry services are available in a SHARED space in the Barn itself. I pay my housekeeper a living wage and both spaces are fully cleaned and turned before and after ALL guests. IF you have ANY issues with cleanliness PLEASE contact me immediately so that I may address it.
I call this area of Historic Highlands/Stoner Hill, "The Pocket" as it has the highest concentration of eclectic historic homes and buildings that are fully or in the process of being restored. I am delighted to share our little block with you. You are welcome to tour the main house as she goes through stages of renovation.

The good; close to i49/i20, LSU shopping and food. New floors and paint in main room/bedroom, covered parking. Smart TV with WiFi so you can log into your streaming accounts.
The bad; kitchen is in desperate need of a renovation. Bath is small and needs to be refreshed a bit and it could use some more furniture.

It comes fully furnished, is beautifully renovated, has outstanding views of the city, and is conveniently located. The home is also nestled among several mature trees, which adds to the magnificent views and gives it a "tree house" like feel. This apartment is on the third floor, therefore you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. If you have issues with mobility, I’m very sorry, but this may not be the best place for you.
Home is located in the heart of Shreveport's historic district known as Highland.

We are within walking distance to some of the hottest & best restaurants in Shreveport! Please note that if you are a party of 4 one of the beds is an air mattress. Your room is equipped with WIFI, a full size mattress, television BYO NETFLIX. There is also a washer/dryer, coffee maker, mini fridge & microwave all located within your room that is free for you to use.
Your room opens up to our beautifully lit back patio. Please feel free to open the french doors to allow some fresh air inside or to just enjoy the view. We have made your space as private as possible so you can stay comfortably! I have a small dog living in my home who is a little shy but provides no harm. I do live in the home with my child as well as my roommate Jordan, who, I might add, is an amazing musician! We are very open minded and easy going people!
We are walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Shreveport. Ki Mexico, Marilyn's Place and more are all within a block. We are also close to Betty Virginia Park and Rhinos Coffee is about a 5 minute drive!

SuperhostThe space is completely separated from my living space. There is a coffee maker and mini fridge in your room. The courtyard is a favorite place to sit in the early morning with coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood on a golf course. I will help you if you need anything or leave you completely alone. I look forward to hosting you.
My personal guests love the space because it’s so private and calm. I have two other bedrooms not being used if you need more space. The neighborhood is completely safe and a wonderful place to take a stroll down to the private lake to feed the ducks.
It’s a quiet setting near several great restaurants. The neighborhood is called Southern Trace. Look it up if you are curious. It is definitely the nicest neighborhood of any listings in town.

Walking distance to Superior Grill, Pizza Rev, Bistro Byronz and many other hot spots and eateries right off Line Ave. No need to get in the car and drive to dinner.
Located on the lower level of a charming property. Private entry and safe, off-street parking. Has the perfect amount of space and privacy.
A fenced courtyard is yours to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee of evening cocktail.
When anyone comes to visit the Shreveport area the first place they want to go is Superior Grill. Widely considered the best Mexican food in town and certainly the best margaritas! If you tire of Mexican...if that's even possible...you have a great selection of dining options within walking distance. Whether you are here for work, family or just play you will enjoy being centrally located in the heart of Shreveport!

There is fishing or canoeing only steps away from your back door and a public boat launch just around the corner. Come soak up some fresh air on the porch while gazing out at the bayou. This detached, stand alone unit is perfect for someone looking for a quiet home away from home. It’s comfortable, with plush premium bedding; convenient, close to all major stores, restaurants, bars, downtown, you name it; and has everything you need, just bring your suitcase! Also includes, hi speed Wi-Fi, on demand cable with all premium channels including HBO and Showtime.
It’s studio setting gives it an open feel. Two closets, one walk in, gives you plenty of storage. The kitchen is small, but has just about all you need. However, if you are big on cooking this might not be the place for you. Luckily, if you aren’t, there are plenty of excellent restaurants, all within a five minute drive. The bathroom has a stand up shower, no bath tub.
Even the neighborhood will make you feel at home. Nestled on a non thru street, with one end a Catholic Church and the other, the “duck pond”, as known to the locals. Which is a great place to walk to and feed the ducks, take a walk/run, watch the kids play or just sit and enjoy the view. The neighborhood itself is known as Broadmoor, which is known as one of the safest neighborhoods in Shreveport.
