Active Adventures

his is considered an extreme trail and is an advanced hike! The Manitou Incline gains nearly 2,000 feet of elevation over less than 1 mile. It's not for the faint of heart, but people from all walks (or climbs) of life have successfully conquered it. It is, perhaps, the most unique and challenging trail in the country, attracting runners, military, Olympic athletes, and hiking enthusiasts from around the world. More than anything, the Manitou Incline is famous for dishing out a tough workout. Conselhos sobre a cidade

O que levar

Sunscreen

Since the city is at a high altitude the sun is very intense, you will get burnt quick, even in the winter.
O que levar

Jacket

The weather swings wildly, it can snow in May then be 85 degrees the next day.
Costumes e cultura

Except for a few very high end places you can get away with hiking gear at restaurants.

The city dresses like the Prana or Northface look book- Chacos and socks are a big thing in the winter. You can dress up, but you don't need to.
