A safe, clean beach. St Michaels Mount is a tidal island with its own cobbled causeway, book tickets to the church and castle and explore the magic on foot and enjoy a cream tea on the island. Or hire paddle boards and SUP around!

Busy in the highs of summer but nevertheless worth a visit if you’ve never been.
I’d recommend setting off early, leaving your car, using the Lelant to St Ives regular train service in & out.
A beautiful scenic train ride in itself.
Another top tip : cover your food or eat undercover, as the seagulls are wild down there! And definitely buy fudge!

Leave early, pack up and go for the day! The minack theatre is set above the beach, so book up for a matinee or evening performance to make the most of your visit there!
