The Ferry goes back and forth from Central to TST and is a great way to see Hong Kong City from the water. Ferries leave about every 15 minutes and only cost around $3 HK (about 40 cents US)

Probably the best place to watch the Lazer light show (8pm every night). The light show is choreographed to music and is pretty neat to watch. The famous statue of Bruce Lee is here.

The Wellcome supermarket is at the corner of Aberdeen and Caine Rd. it's a steep walk up Aberdeen and I might suggest taking the escalator up to Caine and then walking over to it.
