The Bay Area Public Transportation is widely used, easily accessible and has been made easy to use for everyone. If you go to the 511.org site you will be able to put in your trip and see a variety of ways to get to your destinations. From Brisbane, you can take the SamTrans bus to arrive into the city and transfer to either SFMTA or a Ferry or you may prefer Uber or Lyft. Public Transportation is cheaper however since there are multiple stops you will typically spend more time on public transportation versus taking Uber or Lyft. However, you decide to travel you will find it to be a very smooth process.

San Mateo County Transit District provides SamTrans bus service throughout San Mateo County and into parts of San Francisco and Palo Alto. The transit district also offers Redi-Wheels paratransit service for persons with disabilities who are unable to ride
