This is the oldest mall ever in Davao City. This was once named Victoria Mall, but now it has been changed to NCCC Mall. If you ever come to this place, try to eat one of their chicken chicharon in their food stalls with spicy suka. Costs P80/100 grams or P40 for a half of that! Tastes delicious!
