Neighborhoods

Canillas is a neighborhood very close to groceries stores, restaurants and bars. You can walk from one place to another without a problem, but if you want to save some time, take the metro, everything is only one-stop away. Only 10 minutes walking you will find the mall "Palacio de Hielo", where you can find different restaurants, clothing stores, and a cinema. If you end up going to the cinema late, by any chance, do not worry, you can come back home walking, the area is very safe at night. We live very close to two metro stations: the brown line (3-4 min away) and the pink line (10-12 min away). The brown line is more useful for heading to the city center, and the pink line will take you to IFEMA ( 2 stops) and the Airport (3 stops) faster; you will not have to do any transfer. Additionally, finding a parking spot is very easy (especially weekends), however during weekdays it may get a bit more difficult, but do not worry you will definitely find a spot. And if you come by car, you could go to "Parque Juan Carlos I", one of the biggest park in Madrid where you can do all outdoor activities, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get there.
