the local buses go everywhere and its affordable
In Ixtapa you can walk everywhere. Visit the little mercado of shops, grab some ice cream, take a photo on the center of the street with the IXTAPA sign, hop on a bus to Playa Linda to visit the crocodiles, feed the Iguanas from the Mango cart. There also you'll find the water taxi to Ixtapa Isand (Isla Ixtapa) 50 pesos per person, there you can eat, swim, relax and snorkel.

the local buses are everywhere, there cheap and go all the way to the airport. Taxis are $30 from Ixtapa to the airport. If you've just arrived at the airport and your a party of 1, ask for the "Shuttle", its $7.70 us dollar to your hotel.
