The “Center of the Universe” is a little-known mysterious acoustic phenomenon. If you stand in the middle of the circle and make a noise, the sound is echoed back several times louder than it was made. It’s your own private amplified echo chamber.

On the day Ree Drummond opened the doors of The Pioneer Woman Mercantile in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, patrons lined up around the block—and business hasn't slowed down much since. Fans of the Food Network star continue to flock to the shop and eatery in droves, just like Fixer Upper viewers making the pilgrimage to Magnolia Market. After recently traveling to Pawhuska ourselves, we can see why it's such a popular destination!

The principal activity for the 10,000 visitors who annually come to the preserve is driving the many dirt roads to observe the numerous bison. Often hundreds of bison may be seen near – and sometimes blocking – the roads.

Cain's Ballroom is a historic music venue in Tulsa, Oklahoma that was built in 1924 as a garage for W. Tate Brady's automobiles. Madison W. "Daddy" Cain purchased the building in 1930 and named it Cain's Dance Academy,[2] where he charged ten cents for dance lessons. The academy was the site of The Texas Playboys' first regular radio broadcast, and they continued to play there regularly.
