Charming atmosphere and great main street location. There is great coffee, ice cream, and breakfast sandwiches. There is wifi if you're looking for a place to get some work done, local artists adorn the walls too.

My go to spot for Chinese food when nothing else will do. I love the orange chicken and egg rolls.

While I love El-Canelo's in Frostburg, if you have a car and don't mind the 10 minute drive, Rio Grande is my favorite! They also have great margarita pitchers, but make sure you have a designated driver because they are strong.

Unbelievable ice cream! They also are making adult milkshakes and coffee drinks. They make great boarhead sandwiches and the bagels are good too. Did I mention the ice cream is insanely delicious!

Good food, and cool environment. Working Women's Wednesday's are always a good time, even if you're a guy, Guy to girl ratio is like 1:9. Smokers lounge if you're into cigars.

This place has been around for nearly 100 years and is a must visit if you're into legendary local spots. It's also great if you just like hot dogs and a soda.

Insane portions of delicious soft serve ice cream. There is always a full parking lot and line, but it's worth the wait. It's a little out of the way from Frostburg, but definitely worth the treat. A classic tasty freeze!

One of my favorite coffee shop and breakfast spots in town. After you're done with the your coffee or morning meal, you'll want to curl up and surf the web on one of the comfy chairs, or read a book and maybe doze for a minute.

There is great hiking whether you take the lake loop trail or if you're interested in a more challenging hike take the Rocky Gap Canyon to Evitts summit trail. The lake is a great place for refreshing swim, or to take out a paddle boat, kayak, or canoe.

The GAP Trail is a great place to go for a run or a bike ride, and if you're really adventurous you can take it all the way to Pittsburgh or Washington, D.C. While on the map it shows this in Cumberland, there is also very easy access in Frostburg from Main Street.

Hiking trails with lots of beautiful local flowers, and a refreshing lake for swimming or stand up paddle boarding. It's never too crowded and always beautiful.

Lots of great hiking in the area and some great sand beaches to relax on and a beautiful refreshing lake. There are also a ton of great restaurants around the lake if you drive the perimeter.

About an hour drive but it's worth it if you have a day to explore. There are some great hiking trails, awesome white water rapids if you like kayaking or rafting, and Cucumber Falls is a beautiful site. There is also natural watersides if you brave and don't mind a sore butt.
