This apartment is in the heart of Vasastan. The area where Rörstrandsgatan is in, is called Birkastan, and is an area in Vasastan.
Vasastan is a popular area with lots of shops, restaurants and parks.
Odenplan is the biggest place. It has several bus stops, train station, department store Åhléns, gaming facility and the great park "Vasaparken".

A really beautiful place is "Ivar Los park". Fantastic view.
My favourite place in Södermalm right now is Reimersholme. It is a small island connected to Södermalm.

Beautiful place. Really close to the apartment- only 500 meters. Just walk down on Rörstrandsgatan and you will come to a bridge that takes you to Karlbergs Slott.
Then you can walk to Kungsholmen or Solna.
To walk around Kungsholmen is really great.

You can rent scooters. It is fun and easy, to use in the city. It is lot´s of companies to choose from, with different prices.
You are not allowed to go two people on one scooter, you might be stopped and get a fine from the police.
Uber is an app you can use for cheap taxi. It is more than half price compare to traditional taxis.
