he park has more than 200 individual sites; a good-sized group area, parks, playgrounds, large beach area, walking and nature trails, double laned public boat launch, an amphitheatre, and a nature house. Also available down by the boat ramp are other smaller item rentals such as kayaks, inflatable’s, canoes, wakeboards, etc. Copper Island to the east of our resort is also part of this park area and includes additional trails and exploration opportunities.

Boat Launch and Moorage: In the Provincial Campground which neighbours the property, there is a boat launch. There is not a boatslip with the unit, although there is a place to park your boat and trailer in the owners compound upon request. It is a fenced and locked compound with key access located where the garbage and recycling is.
If you do not want to launch your boat daily, an alternate option is only a few properties over. In the opposite direction of the campground on the lake is Captains Village Marina which has daily and weekly moorage.

The Scotch Creek/Hlina trail was built as a project of the Columbia Shuswap Regional District Area F Parks Commission, in partnership with the Shuswap Trail Alliance, and local trail enthusiasts. The first section of the trail has been completed to the Scotch Creek Lookout. A secondary wilderness route (the Hlina Loop) is brushed and blazed, but requires off trail wilderness, travel experience and route finding.
