Eest Beach is a 3 mile barrier beach bordering the Charlestown Ninigret conservation area. Being uniquely situated between a saltwater pond and the ocean, and being one of the least developed of the state makes East Beach one of RI’s spectacular sea side treasures. Parking is limited, so we would suggest arriving early.
