The preceded and could have avoided the horrible and avoidable fire that happened in the "ghost ship" in Oakland where artists lived in nonfire coded abandoned building.
Do have lunch or breakfast at the Bistro where you can have great fresh food and tour the place that included, a great theater and separate artists studio
