Das Haus am See gehört meiner Frau und mir. Mein Sohn und seine Frau koordinieren für uns die Vermietung (Co-Hosts). Die untere Wohnung im Haus ist vermietet, die obere nutzen wir gelegentlich. Wir würden uns freuen, Euch als Gäste in der oberen Wohnung zu begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Balkon, Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer & eine Sauna.

The 150m² holiday apartment is ideal for families who want to holiday in the mountains and in nature together with grandparents, grandchildren or friends. Groups of friends up to 10 people will also be happy about this spacious, modern apartment. Breakfast can be booked next door. Haus Wienerroither

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Die Unterkunft liegt in unverbauter Natur, direkt am Waldrand bzw. Fischbach. Die geräumige Unterkunft mit ca. 120 m2 befindet sich auf einer Ebene mit separatem Hauseingang. Am 4000 m2 großen Privatgrundstück befinden sich noch ein kleiner Stall mit Zwergziegen, ein Brunnen, ein Troadkasten und das Wohnhaus des Vermieters.

Nice Poolhouse above Klagenfurt

The little Poolhouse is standing right next to the swimming pond with possibility to use the hot pot just next to it. A pine barrel sauna is available for use upon request.
