Cozy apartment & sauna in the center of Saariselkä

Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

In case you do not want to explore the nature for some reason, there are two smart TV's (65" and 55"), PS5 and Nintendo Switch to play with. Bedroom’s TV is for streaming only. Distances; closest neighbour 0,4km, bus stop 5km, supermarket 15km, restaurant 15km, airport 25km. Note! Villa's fireplace is not in use

Hier findest du Ruhe und Zeit zur Erholung – sei es vor dem knisternden Kaminfeuer oder in der separaten Sauna mit Panoramafenster. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die kleine Galerie, auf der du unter einem Dachfenster übernachten kannst. Von hier aus lassen sich die Nordlichter ganz bequem und wohlbehütet im Warmen bestaunen.

All the bedrooms overlook the forest. Ski trails and starting points for nature trails / hiking trails are 200 meters away. Cleaning, linen and towels are included in the price.
