Cabin can sleep 4-6 comfortably with plenty floor space for air mattress if needed. It features a fully stocked kitchen with a separate coffee bar. Great place for fishermen or families. Turtle Beach launch is right around the corner and Toledo Town is just 5 miles away. (Boat launch on property is not available to renters)

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard. Back in time 1940s Lakeview House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Built in the 1940's, the home is located by McGee’s Landing Park on the South end of Toledo Bend Lake near the McGee’s Landing Bass fishing flats. The flats are known for some of the best Bass fishing on the lake. We offer free access to the park, boat launch and the private sandy beach with your stay. We also offer access to a covered picnic area in the park to enjoy the summer days and lake view.
