Smart TV & free play Arcade machine in your room, separate entrance; however share the same roof as our home. Bus stop at end of street takes you to train station or shops in 10 minutes.

Aaah - the serenity! Classic beach house one street back from stunning Shoalwater Bay. Set on a huge quarter acre corner block with north facing wrap around deck, this is a place of pure relaxation. Enjoy eating outdoors under the shade of tuart trees, looking out onto lush green grass. Shoaly is a simple beach house, with mod cons to make life that bit easier. For the kids, there's a trampoline, kids castle, huge lawn and most importantly, the classic "float on a rope" swing! Enjoy!

There is a large private bathroom, wardrobe/dressing room, and entrance hall with seating area. It is 500m from the beach. Visit Penguin Island, swim with the seals or dolphins. Cafe Barco is within walking distance with great coffee, delicious food and stunning views of the bay. 30min train to Perth City

Any queries may not be responded to promptly in September 2026 due to us travelling and often being out of wifi range. Fantastic location with all this within 200 metres - “The Pond” kitesurfing and windsurfing Beach with bike and walking/running path Public Transport including two bus routes to train station Food shops - Cafe /Takeaway Pizza / Thai / Fish and Chips Short distance to small shopping centre.
