The Forge is set in the countryside of Tendring, a 6 minute journey by car to the beach Clacton On Sea. We have always been inspired by Tiny houses so we created our own compact bijou, a warm open space building that can sustain a 2 meter foot print set in the grounds of our country cottage. The accommodation is finished to a high standard and is completely new inside & out with light soft furnishings and a contemporary floral design bed linen to help you relax and enjoy a good night's sleep.

Sunny Side Guest House - Near The Beach

Take a beach break with your furry friends in this wonderful oasis. Located just 5-10 minutes walk away from dog friendly beaches and 15 minutes from the pier and high street. The accommodation offers a double bed and a sofa bed (small double) for 1-2 children. Additional: - Enclosed outdoor dining space - Microwave - Air fryer - Fridge Note: Not recommend for anyone with a fear of dogs as there is a friendly dog on the property, no contact cannot be guaranteed. No wheelchair/buggy access.

The Shed has everything you need, a spacious fitted kitchen, a large screen T.V (WIFI} with a comfortable lounge area, two spacious bedrooms, 2 single beds in each room, wardrobes and dressing table. One shower room. A beautiful veranda, overlooking Weeley Woods. You can explore the Essex coastline, discover the beautiful countryside, beaches, golf courses or fishing lakes. The Shed is also close by to the popular wedding venue Villiers Barn. So come and relax and enjoy the beautiful Sunsets.

The bathroom has full size bath with power shower overhead, and the sitting room 2 double sofas, smart tv and wood burner giving the cottage a really cosy feel. Guests will have access to the well known Green Island Gardens and Colchester is only a 5 minute drive away.

Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

Self Contained Studio in Wivenhoe

Tuck away next to the Wivenhoe woods (upper Wivenhoe), this lovely self-contained studio flat provides comfortable accommodation throughout. The studio is on a cul-de-sac, with its own entrance. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

It is situated in between the village centre, where you will find all the necessary amenities, and Mill Dam Lake, where you will find water sport activities, scenic walks and bike rides. The cottage has been completely renovated to retain all the original quirky features of wonky ceilings, old exposed beams and original gate doors. The rooms are cosy and inviting.
