Enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Hudson from the large back porch as it sits atop a rocky cliff. It is a great place to take in the sunrise with a cup of coffee, relax with your favorite book, or just take in the wildlife. The three bedroom, two bathroom house is fully equipped for your comfort. Iron Horse Landing is a short walk down the hill. Off the beaten path, approximately 1 mile down a bumpy dirty road you will find a hidden gem. At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Paddle boat, 4 paddle boards and 2 kayaks included

A-frame on the Illinois river

Modern, brand new a-frame cabin on the river. Overlooks the peaceful Illinois river. Watch the floaters go by from the comfort of your deck. The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi, Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks of the river.

You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests!
