Centrally located in the peaceful Park Hill neighborhood and newly remodeled while preserving all of the vintage charm of this 1950s triplex. You are renting 1 of the 3 units in the triplex but have the entire unit to yourself. Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with quartz countertop, retro fridge, & stove. The bedroom has a king bed and workspace area. The living room has a giant 65" TV and sleeper sofa for sleeping additional guests. Guests have access to fully fenced-in backyard/patio area.
