Situata a 2,5 km dal borgo di Grazzano Visconti, la residenza è collocata nella zona centrale del paese, a due passi dal centro sportivo attrezzato con piscina, campi da tennis e paddle. Di fronte alla proprietà è presente la fermata bus per raggiungere la città o le valli piacentine. La villa, con ingresso indipendente, è completamente recintata e dotata di terrazza e balcone, giardino su tre lati e doppio garage che accoglie tre automobili. Ideale per lunghi soggiorno e/o gruppi numerosi.

Perched above the medieval village of Bagnone, our villa sleeps a maximum of 12 people and is set in the hills about half an hour from the coast. It's perfectly placed for a peaceful Italian holiday whether that be sun, sea and sand, culture and incredible scenery, skiing and snow sports or just getting away from it all. Just an hour from three different airports it is easily and cheaply accessible. Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the Cinque Terre are all within easy driving distance of the villa.

La proprietà si trova vicino a Milano 25 km, Pavia 15 km, Lodi 15 km, Colline di San Colombano 10 km, Aeroporto Linate 25 km, arte, cultura e natura. La villa è immersa nella campagna lombarda ed è completamente rifinita in legno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini), grandi gruppi ed amanti della natura e dei cavalli. Possibilità di campi da tennis, voli in mongolfiera e scuola di pilotaggio droni nelle vicinanze.

un luogo di pace e relax

la casa risale al 1871 è in sasso ed ha i muri interni molto spessi che consentono di rimanere sempre fresca durante tutta l'estate. la cucina apre direttamente sulla corte esterna dove abbiamo un grande tavolo con vicino un barbeque di muratura. Il giardino si trova nella parte anteriore della casa c'è anche un gazebo con divanetti. La piscina è recintata ed è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti della casa. La casa è confinante con una casetta gialla di mia proprietà non abitata

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

The house is an independent villa of about 180 sq mt. with a garden set in the hills of Santa Giulia, only 5 km from Lavagna. It has a living/dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garden welcomes pets, the house preferably not.The house has been recently renovated, has a hybrid heating system and electric panels on the roof and we have a charging station for electric cars available to customers (Wallbox)
