The yard has a tramp, swing set, fire pit, grill, ample seating, grazing horses (directly behind) and a nearby community pool that can be scheduled for just your group. Charming cottage in the heart of Sugarhouse. New kitchen, wood floors. Private back yard, covered parking. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the U of U, Westminster College, & ski resorts. We allow pets, with a $50/pet fee. It is not permitted to leave pets outside unattended. Thanks for being considerate! Full disclosure: It has toilet, tub/shower and sink, but the bathroom is pretty small and tight! Check-in instructions provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

Close to downtown SLC, the U of U campus, convention center and public transportation. If you just want to get away, this is the place. Quaint and cozy studio Cottage, located on the 22 acres of world famous La Caille Restaurant at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. The Cottage has a private hot tub and patio, as well as a fireplace and covered porch to enjoy the secluded forest area nearby. Located only 8.5 miles from Alta and Snowbird resorts. It is 100 yards from the ski shuttle stop, and 18 miles to Brighton Resort. Located in a central location for skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking. Has all you need for cozy winter's night or relax on the patio in summer.

Once you are finished with your Park Cafe brunch, wander across the street to Liberty Park where a local favorite attraction, Tracy Aviary is located! It's just a dog walk away!!
