The Hayloft Barn is a newly converted first floor, Victorian barn where every care has been taken to retain the character whilst providing comfort and luxury for a relaxing stay. You will find a kingsize bed, roll top bath, huge walk in shower, chesterfield sofa's, smart tv and a fully equipped kitchen. The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Lovely cottage in outstanding rural location.

Self contained accommodation, private entrance in beautiful rural setting. Sitting room with log burner and kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. No street lights so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Village pub 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.

Lovely peaceful rural location, dog friendly, enclosed garden. Central to Melton Mowbray, Oakham and Grantham and Belvoir Castle. Within easy reach of Rutland, Stamford, Burghley, Newark and surrounding areas. Sleeping 3 people with the option of another person on a Z bed. Lockable out building ideal for bikes or other outdoor belongings. Due to the stairs and downstairs bathroom not suitable for people with restricted mobility.

Beautiful Conversion in Rutland Countryside

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.

This 19th century converted barn offers spacious and cosy accomodation and is situated next to the renowned award winning Olive Branch restaurant and is a quick 15 minute drive to central Stamford and Burghley House. Church Barn is a 6 minute drive to the sublime wedding venue of Holywell Hall. Church Barn is an old building with imperfections to be expected. Pets by prior agreement

Private Annex near Melton Mowbray

Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
