The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Flora's House

The original house of Flora! A family house built in 1895, refurbished and renovated with artistic details ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Three minutes by foot from Samos central square, the local market and the port. The house has two floors. The upper floor can host up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with view at the sea! The master bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony. The first floor consists of a big living room with a lounge and a dining area, a kitchen, a working room and a WC!

It is an unique place full of traditions, charming houses, typical narrow alleys and hospitality! Our house is located 10 min. from the city center! We offer you a quiet neigborhood, modern and in the same time traditional place where you can relax! The house is equipped with everything necessary for your comfort! We are always near to you when you need help or have questions!

A unique breathtaking seaview house

It was built in 1880 with stone and wood, and it is located at the highest point of the traditional village of koumeika and was renovated in 2010. It has a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and of the village from its two balconies and small garden, which is full of flowers. The space is warm, welcoming and quiet with an incrediblel view. The house has a wonderful garden/patio with flowers and deciduous trees and is located 6 minutes away from the kaladakia and balos beach with car.

Seaside Pefkos House

Στην όμορφη παραλία του Πεύκου βρίσκεται το πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο εξοχικό μας! Αποτελείται από ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνας, μοντέρνο μπάνιο, ενώ στην σοφίτα βρίσκεται το υπνοδωμάτιο το οποίο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και τέσσερις επισκέπτες. Η αυλή του το κάνει μοναδικό για χαλάρωση και γαλήνη ακούγοντας τον ήχο των κυμάτων και απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της θάλασσας! Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία είναι άμεση προσφέροντας σας την δυνατότητα να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο σας όλες τις ώρες την ημέρας!

Balcony to Karlovasi

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Balcony on the sea

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

Stonehouse with wonderful seaview

Stonehouse is a wonderful two floor residence that combines both the traditional and modern element, providing all comforts for a unique accommodation in Samos island. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood with a magical panoramic view of Vathy bay. At the same time, it is just five minutes foot walk away from the down town, where you can do your shopping and enjoy your walk on the beautiful coastal road with various restaurants, café and bars.

The Oceanis cottage house sits on a hill overlooking the pelagic south of the village of Koumeika, a stone-built newly built farmhouse set in a 15-acre olive grove on top of a hill overlooking the southern Aegean Sea and the nearby islands. The house because of its surroundings is suitable for agrotourism.
