It's attached to my house. The room has a velvet couch that converts into a full sized bed. The bed is extremely comfy with its 2" topper. It will be ready as a bed upon arrival & is easy to convert into a couch. There is a desk, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, coffee, utensils, plates, bowls, washer/dryer & detergent.

Entertaining is fine with us, friends, children and overall just enjoying life. In San Diego outside life is a given , please enjoy our patio, horse shoe pit, fire-pit, hammock and peacefulness of the yard.
