Enjoy a peaceful visit to the farm in this cozy and comfortable bed-and-breakfast retreat. Wake up with breakfast brought to your door, then spend the morning leisurely exploring the surrounding apple orchards and gardens. Located on a working farm/cidery, you can learn about apple culture and even stroll through the orchards tasting different varieties of apples during the harvest season. The farm's chickens provide very tasty eggs which you'll enjoy for breakfast; there are cows and lots of wild-life just outside your door! The cottage is set up comfortably for two people with all the spa amenities. Breakfast is brought to the cottage each morning with all organic and home-made items. Fresh eggs from our pasture-raised chickens, local dairy items, and our own hard cider is stocked in the fridge. Guests can enjoy touring the apple orchard and cidery, and visiting with the resident chickens. They have complete privacy inside the cottage. Free EV charger for guest use. We live full-time on the farm in the main house and are always on-site when our guests are present. We enjoy visiting with folks if they want to tour the farm or need suggestions for activities. Tomales is 68 miles from both San Franciso (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) airports. There are many hiking opportunities just a short distance from the farm: Point Reyes National Seashore has wonderful trails to explore. There are local cheesemakers who have educational tours; Tomales Bay is perfect for kayaking, and of course there are several oyster farm choices for the bivalve lover! Spectacular beaches are just an easy drive away. If the weather's nice, bring your bikes! EVC available for your car. There is no public transportation. We are located about an hour from San Francisco (traffic depending) and about 20 minutes from Petaluma. Fee includes breakfast for two each morning. On rainy days, enjoy the cozy comfort of reading next to the fireplace, or venture out to watch to storm at Bodega Head. Plan to bring snacks or other things you'd enjoy eating; we provide breakfast (of course!) and there are restaurants fairly close by, but no stores or places to just run out and get a quick treat!

Welcome to your own hideaway garden studio with it's own private entrance. This studio has 1 Queen bed and a private bathroom. There is a bar area with a mini fridge, microwave and toaster. French doors open to a redwood deck and garden as well as views of Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. We are located in Sutro Heights, and are within a few minutes of the French Legion of Honor Museum, the Academy of Sciences Museum, and the DeYoung Museum. It's 0.8 miles from local transportation/subway/bus stop at “Hayward BART” that connects you North and South. And it’s in the center of San Francisco (the city), Santa Cruz (the ocean), Napa (the vineyards), and Yosemite (the beautiful national park)! If you need numbers, we’re near highways 880, 680, 92, 580, and 101. Parking is in the driveway. Easy for Lyft and Uber pickups.

Gorgeous, comfortable two bedroom Suite

Our light-filled lower level suite has been fully remodeled (completed Feb 2019) and includes two bedrooms (up to 4 Queen beds), a large media room with a fold-out couch bed, and one full bathroom. Total space is approximately 1000 square feet with a private entrance. Amenities include all the perks of our media room and a kitchenette. We wash all linens included Duvet covers between guests. Well lit guest bedroom with private bathroom attached. A hot water kettle in the room for making tea and a coffee maker and french press, a microwave and mini-fridge. Coffee and homemade muffins or bread along with fruit will be provided in the mornings. We have 2 dogs. Our Irish Setter Molly is 10 years old and Lily, who is a mixed terrier is now 3 years old. They are both friendly and love to meet our guests, when and if you would like to meet them as well.
