This is a one bedroom basement apartment, with its own private space and entrance! WE DO LIVE UPSTAIRS FULL-TIME. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

Nice mother in law apartment. Has private entrance, off street parking for 1 vehicle. Across from park with plenty of space for running or walking. Shopping and freeway access are conveniently close. We do ask to keep in mind that this is our home. It is an older house built in 1964. It does tend to moan and groan at times. We are happy to share the space in our home to travelers and try our best to be accommodating and quiet. As do I want to strongly emphasize that we do LIVE in our home.

It has it’s own heating, washer/dryer, bathroom with a small Japanese soak tub, a sturdy sofa bed, and a small loft area. Great authentic and fairly priced restaurants in the area, please ask.
